- Campus is well maintained, good friends , it has good sports infrastructure.
- Campus Life is actually peace , most of us are tensed only during our internals and sem ends. Rest of the time we chill!.
Dislikes
- Placements are very poor, the number of companies coming for placements are very less compared to other colleges
- Faculties are average , most of them just teach what's there in the syllabus they don't often make you understand things!!.
Remarks :
There are different ways to get admission, but most of the students join through Kcet. Other ways are through comed-k and management. Students get admission based on their ranks in above exams. Cutoff for BE in computer science was 15k , if ur rank is somewhere around 17k you can wait till the third round for admission. Some factors which I chose were, college is very near to my home it's around 3-4km from my home and for my rank(12k) this college was comparatively better and I got SNQ quota , hence I thought it's better to join this college. If your rank is below 15k I would suggest you to choose another college. No written tests or GD rounds admission is only through Kcet,comed-k ranks and management.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Computer science is one of the emerging branches, lot of career opportunities made me choose this course. Faculties are decent , some have both subject as well as industrial knowledge. They'll teach through PowerPoint in the form of presentation of 5 modules some of them simply read the slides, some explain it really well. They'll teach you what's there in the syllabus, not things which are helpful for your career. There will be 3 internal tests every sem for 40 marks and one sem end exam for 100 marks. Fees have been hiked even by the government for Kcet,comedk and also by the college. Education has become business unfortunately!. You have various scholarships like ssp, Jindal which can be easily availed.
Internships Opportunities :
Internships are offered for our juniors, which is actually a part of their curriculum and for us we have to manually find a placement outside the college and have to obtain an internship completion certificate.
Placement Experience :
Placements have been very low since last two years due to recession, very few companies are coming and the number of students getting placed is also very less. Highest package is 11 lpa , average is 5 lpa and lowest is 4lpa. My plan currently is to get a job through campus or outside. Eligibility for placement- 60% in 10th and 6.8 cgpa and above.
Campus Life :
Campus is really good has all the facilities, a cricket ground, basketball court, volleyball court ,throwball court and indoor sports. Every even sem a fest will be held , they'll call various artists, notable actors and also there are numerous competitions like sports , hackathons, technical events. Library is very useful it has all the journals,books, e-resources and all books from different fields. They are clubs like nss,ncc, separate department clubs. Hostels are big and each room can easily accommodate 4 students, food quality is very poor. I have seen lot of my friends complaining regarding the quality and quantity of the food served.

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

Eligibility for the placements is 7+ cgpa if you have higher cgpa higher the chances of you getting shortlisted for the interview and it will be easy for you Recuriters visited Cisco,Visa,Emerson,NetApp and many more for the internships and full time Highest package is 56 LPA and average package will be around 10 LPA for the computer science and Engineering for other branches it may vary

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
