The college is a reputed college in palghar district and is known for its academic. The extc engineering is known for its flexibility as you can swap between technical as well as core electrical field in your job based on your interest.The faculty at viva institute of technology are well educated and holds atleast a masterd degree in their field. The term exam were held twice a academic year mostly in december and may and very conducted very smoothly .The felt easy as teachers taught what was needed for exam and all have great understanding that what student know and dont. They were friendly during lectures and resolve doubts quickly
The collge doesn't have any internship opportunities .Hence student must find an offcampus opportunity and must upgrade the skill as per market demands.The collge do provide few paid internshop but faculty deny to take such internship
The college doesn't believe in mass hiring hence placement is a long process it doesn't mean there are no placement the college as well faculty make sure that all the student get placed and highest package was around 15 lac and average package is around 7.5 to 8 lac per annum.
The college campus like is worst among all the factors in college the canteen is poorly maintained and the college doesn't hold any gymkhana ad badminton court for students.The library only has technical books and is not well maintained the students cannot select the book of their choice.The student do run few clubs but it has lots of politics.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .

engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
