Likes
- College is spread across 10 acres approximately. Has good faculty and academic infrastructures, like big classrooms, soundproofed libraries , labs and servers etc.
- Campus life is above average as far as what i can say. All festivals are celebrated here like holi, Diwali, Christmas etc.
Dislikes
- I feel college is too small for jogging or walking around. The garden is good but is majorly near the front gate and thats it.
- There is a lot of exam pressure here as people focus a lot on CGPA. Balancing between extracurricular activities and studies seems to be hard here.
Remarks :
There were no interviews. Candidates applying for this college must have written JEE mains and should have scored the top percentile(without reservation) in order to secure a seat in this college. This college offers both cse and ece integrated M.Tech course. From 2024 onwards it has declared that there would be B.Tech courses also. The college has up to date curriculum and provides large industrial projects and in hand experience to students and also a large appreciation in the field of research. Now coming to the question of how did i prepare for these entrance exams, I went to a JEE coaching centre for 2 years. Apart from that i bough related books for JEE.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose CSE as there is a huge research interest among students and professors. There are also good placements as far as Integrated M.Tech curricula is concerned. The faculty is good and friendly and support you to take up projects. The exams are relatively difficult, and a heavy competition among stdudents as it is relative grading scheme. The fee hike changes from time to time. Every year the college hosts a webinar and the details about the fees can be asked there.
Internships Opportunities :
Internship stipend: IMTECH cse: avg 80000 highest 2 lakhs/month IMTECH ece: avg 60000 highest 1.5 lakhs/month These are on campus internship placements for the duration of 6 months during the 4th year and 5th year. The students need to have good practice in solving Data structure and logical problems as they are the 1st round for placements. Good projects must me done by the students.
Placement Experience :
Placements are good in college for Integrated M.Tech: CSE avg 35 lakh ctc ece avg 28 lakh ctc M.Tech cse avg 29 lakh ctc ece avg 24 lakh ctc visited recruiters: Amazon, Adobe, red bus, Qualcomm, texas instruments, Goldman sachs, Dell, Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco etc.
Campus Life :
There are multiple student clubs like music, Dance, Coding club, robotics. Student committees like spots committee, Gym Comm and so on. Cultural fests(infin8) , tech fests(synergy), sports fest(spandan, umang and 2 premiere leagues) , etc are organised by these committees. There is a student body called SAC, who are elected through elections every year. There is an internal complaints committee and mental health comm, etc. Hostel is decent, and cannot expect more from it. Its costs about 30000 per semester. Food quality is also average. The hostel registration process happens along with college registration. There is one library with a variety of books ranging from literature, to tech.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

Placement Experience :
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
