- The faculty is helpful and supportive whether it's regarding academic problems or any other sought of problem.
- The infrastructure is improving over time and it still needs some development but is better then what it was before.
Dislikes
- The total college area is really very small which is something to consider while taking admission.
- They are in which the college is situated is not the best and could have been better or atleast been improved, because especially the roads are pretty bad over there.
Remarks :
The interview process was very smooth followed by the documentation process which happened the same day the staff were very polite and understanding and since this college is a part of IPU University thus it's reliable with its teachers and curriculum.
Course Curriculum Overview :
If I talk about the curriculum is the same as that provided by IPU University which is available on IPU as well as DSPSR website the exams are conducted twice every semester and the faculty is helpful as well, it's just that there are staff or two whose behavior is a bit rough but the rest is fine.
Internships Opportunities :
Although I haven't opted for any internship as of now but there are internship opportunities available by the college to every student during the summer holidays , I will talk to my friends regarding the internship and then I'll decide what to do about it.
Placement Experience :
The placement opportunities definitely aren't the best available here which is expected looking at the college as even top-tier commerce colleges are not capable enough of providing everyone with a good placement but the package ranges anywhere from 6 lakhs to 12 lakhs.
Campus Life :
There isn't many options related to clubs, the only one that exists is the NSS club formed in partnership with other colleges, and the college doesn't provide the students with any type of hostel but the infrastructure is decent according to the fees which they are charging.

IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog

PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
