Likes
- Infrastructure was good, much space for playing games in the evening.
- Volleyball court and badminton court was separate.
Dislikes
- One Big Cricket ground should also be there in the campus, as we were used to play always in the basketball court.
- Libraries should be open till 8pm and Wi-fi connection should be increase.
Remarks :
Friendly And helpful behaviour of the teachers. Every teachers/faculties were much caring. Runs the classes regularly in any case, they were always ready to solve the doubts of any student anytime(non-college hours also).
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chosen Electrical Engineering as my subject because it is the major factor in the development of technology. Electrical engineering is a core field where I can go for PSUs through GATE or another Government Jobs. At my time, all teachers/faculties were highly educated and much experienced, so the teaching skill is no doubt better in any aspect. There were 2 Mid-Semester Exams held between the Semester Exams. No increment in the semester fees, they remains the same as printed in the Prospectus of the college. Varies upon the semester like 36000 in the 1s semester and 40000 in the 7th semester. Different types of Scholarships available for the minorities and State-wise also like E-Kalyan for Jharkhand residence students and National Scholarship Portal for Bihar residential students.
Internships Opportunities :
Internship came in our college for 7 days only of "Automation" for Electrical, electronics and communications branches and provided certificate to all. One more Internship came by government(BIADA) where only 2 students chosen from each core branch(EEE, ME, CE).
Placement Experience :
No such big companies come to this college, The company comes to this college used to pay 10000 to 12000 per month to any branch of the student. So, I completed the degree and started preparing for GATE Exam for PSUs or further studies. About 50% of the students gets placed in this type of companies.
Campus Life :
Fresher Party held after the 3 months of session starts, annual function held in November/December. All types of books available in the library. Big classrooms are there for study(capacity 60+) students. Annual Games held in the month of February/March where all games were played like cricket, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, carrom, chess, shot put and many more. I have been champion in chess for 4 consecutive years in this college. 4 gold medals and certificated provided to me. Hostel Surrounding is very good, no ragging. Food was also good and the monthly price is Rs.3200/- now. In Hostel, 1 room is allotted per 3 students for 1st year, after that, 2 students can live in a room by choosing his partner from 2nd year.

Placements are the main reason people come here. For Electrical, big players like Tata Steel, JSW, and Vedanta are regulars. The average package stays around ?7–8 LPA, while the highest can go up to ?15–20 LPA for core branches. You become eligible for placements from the 7th semester. I’m planning to sit for GATE as well, as many seniors here aim for PSUs. For internships, the college helps with vocational training in places like DVC or HURL, though paid internships are something you usually have to hunt for yourself on LinkedIn.

College give only about 30% placement and there is very few companies or hospitals which are visited to the college for the employees. You have to do it with yourself when you are go to the internship. The highest and average package as I see is about 30,000 per month and maximum to 50,000 per month And I saw that student who top is maximum getting chance for the placement which is rare .
Netaji Subhas University is best for engineering in low fee and for who is already doing job

You have to not active backlog in any subject. 8+ cgpa perefer first then below 8+. Eternal achievers, infinite solution, paul tech like local jamshedpur it company visit for placement. 80% students placed from our university. I will look for higher education.

I don't have any specific information about placements because I am still studying, but some seniors have got jobs which tells me that everything is fine. There are some seniors who work in Tata Motors and DRDO with good payments.

The intern is provided for training in nearby schools in 3rd semester. It is unpaid internship basically done under the curriculum.It is compulsory for the students to complete this teacher's training to get the B.ed degree. There is no such placement opportunities You have to go off campus to get placed in any school.

There is no campus placement in this college, so we have to plan our own jobs or internships after completing the course. Eligibility criteria for jobs depends on companies, mostly they ask for basic knowledge and skills related to the course. Some students do internships on their own in local companies or online. Since there is no official placement, there are no recruiters, packages or offers from college. Around 0% students get placement from college itself. My plan after degree is to prepare for government jobs and also apply for some private jobs related to my field. Overall, college is good for learning, but for placements you have to work on your own

"Placements in my college are slowly improving but still not at the level of top engineering colleges. Some companies visit every year but the number of offers is limited. Students who have good skills and prepare on their own get opportunities easily. The eligibility for sitting in placements is usually 6.0 CGPA and no major backlogs. Recruiters like small IT companies, training firms and a few core-related companies have visited. The highest package was around 6–7 LPA and the average stays near 3 LPA depending on the branch. Around 25–35% students get placed from campus and others go for off-campus drives. Internships are mostly arranged by students themselves through online platforms. After completing my degree, I plan to prepare for off-campus jobs and also improve my technical skills to get a better job in company or in government job
Expensive college with mediocre placements
Placement Experience :
Placements are mediocre in my branch ece. Last year 60-70 percent students are placed. Average package is 13lpa approx and highest in my branch was 58lpa. Core companies like NXP come for placement. Tech companies like foipkart, meesho, visa, goldman sachs come for placement.
