- Intense academic activities, Competitive environment, the campus is very far from the city.
- Construction: Lot of construction is going on the campus, and leisure activities are limited

IIT Hyderabad is a prestigious institution known for its strong academic programs and research opportunities. the institute is known for its academic excellence all over the country i chose iit Hyderabad for its excellent faculty, good infrastructure, vibrant campus life, and opportunities for excellence. Admission to IITs, including IIT Hyderabad, involves clearing JEE mains and JEE Advanced exams, The cut-off for admission in IIT varies each year and depends upon the number of applicants, The difficulty level of the exam. I would say one should do hardwork that's enough and revise your concepts on regular basis.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose btech in Biotechnology because it is well well-designed course that consists of biology, physics, chemistry, and computational engineering to develop products and technology that make our life way easier and it has practical applications in many different fields like agriculture, healthcare, and environmental conservation. The faculty from IIT Hyderabad are qualified from reputational institutes and many of the professors are actively doing research in the field, their teaching methods are more inclined towards a more practical base. Exams are conducted in a timely manner according to the schedule decided by the institute. Institute provides scholarships based on the academic performance of students and students can have scholarships from different organizations and government.

There are many internship opportunities at IIT Hyderabad. The institute collaborates with different industries and provides opportunities for the students. summer internships, research internships, Entrepreneur internships,

The college invites many companies from across the globe from the various industries. the placement usually starts at the end of the final year with companies conducts various exams and interviews to select students. the package at the campus is good. you can also choose higher education if you do not get placed on campus.
Campus Life :
Life at IIT Hyderabad is vibrant and beautiful and offers a rich experience of academic and cultural activities. the institute conducts many cultural and tech fests across the year. Elan is the annual fest which gives the best experiences of the campus. The library is well-equipped with the latest books and journals, the most attractive place on the campus because of its world-class design. the institute promotes students' physical activities and has grounds for games like cricket, football, hockey, badminton, basketball, and many other games. hostels are very different from other institutes. One of the best features of the hostels is the radiant cooling systems(RCS) which keep the room cool in heated summer.

From what I have experienced the college starts preparing us for placements much earlier than I expected. We regularly have coding practice, project work, resume reviews, aptitude sessions and mock interviews, so you are improving little by little instead of waiting for the final year. The college also shares internship and job opportunities with students. I feel the support is definitely there but your results depend on how much effort you put into building your skills.

Reasons I chose NIAT
Placement Experience :
Since I am still a student I haven't gone through the final placement season yet. But from what I have seen the college starts preparing us quite early. We have regular coding sessions, aptitude training, mock interviews and resume building workshops. The placement team also shared internship opportunities whenever they are available. I feel the college is more focused on making students job ready than waiting until the final year. If you stay consistent with your coding, projects and overall skills, you will be in a much better position when placement season starts. Overall I think the college provides good support, but students also need to put in their own effort.
College life beyond classroom

As a current student I haven't reached the final placement season yet but the college has already started preparing us. We get regular updates about internship opportunities, and many students apply from the early semester itself. Along with that there are sessions on resume writing, aptitude, communication skills and interview preparation. The college also encourages us to build projects and improve our technical skills, which helps while applying for internships. I feel these small efforts throughout the course will make a big difference when placements begun.

My experience at NIAT
Placement Experience :
NIAT is a relatively new institute the first batch hasn't graduated yet, so there isn't any official placement record available. However the college has done a good job of preparing students through practical learning, coding and real world projects. Many students have already secured internships from the first year itself which gives them valuable industry experience. Along with technical skills the college also provides guidance for resume building and interviews, making students feel more confident about future placement opportunities.

Eligibility is that we must maintain atleast 60-70% aggregate overall without any active backlogs. Recruiters are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, AWS etc. Total no. of offers made: All branches combined get 700-1100+ offers. Highest package is 52 lpa offered by AWS, and average package is about 6 lpa. About 60% students get placements. After getting my degree, I intend to get a good job in campus placements in companies like AWS, and go towards VLSI field
