- College is surrounded by greenery there are trees and park everywhere in the campus Infrastructure is also nice campus life is also amazing you can do anything you want.
- The case of ragging also declined in our college now a days there is a very free environment as everyone has right to speech.
Dislikes
- There are too many dogs in the campus they sometimes come in the hostel and spill the garbage from the dustbin here and there
- There is unnecessary fine which we have to pay without knowing what we have done especially boys.
Remarks :
It is near my home around 200km Haldwani is a nice area near to Nainital so you can go there also for refreshments this is the oldest college of Uttar for MBBS and the state ranking is 1 which is why I chose this college. The faculty is almost complete. It is too hot in summer so be ready for it. The patient count in the hospital is very good. There are cancer and TB chest centres under the college which are not available in other colleges.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course is a little bit tough you have to study regularly although the faculty are nice they try to complete the course from their end still it depends totally upon you how you study. There are 4 exams in 1 year which are 1st term 2nd term pre University and the final University exam. The fee is around 1.6 lakh including tuition and extracurricular activities fees plus hostel charges.
Internships Opportunities :
The internship comes after completing the 4-year course which is mandatory to do in an internship an intern usually gets 17k per month and he/she is given different posts during their internship that are different departments in the mbbs for practice.
Placement Experience :
You should complete your MBBS course and after that, you can apply to any hospital that is private or government depending upon the vacancy they can hire you. There is no campus placement. An average mbbs student can get a salary of when he is an intern is about 17k and after the internship, he can get around 50 to 60k
Campus Life :
After CoVid only 1 fest was there naming Aarambh which was conducted in December 2023. All the books related to the course are available in the library you can issue the book with the help of a library card for 15 days. For sports, there is a sports complex where there is a gymnasium and badminton court instead of that there is a big ground for football cricket basketball, and lawn tennis. There is a group for feeding dogs led by professors and students. The hostel is good in the first year there is a double-sharing room in the second year it is going to be triple-sharing for some time and then double-sharing after that and after 2nd year and up to the internship single rooms are given. A bed table and chair are included in the room water and electricity are included in hostel charges which is 6k per year. The mess fee is 36k per year in which the menu keeps on changing according to students' demands.

Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
