MBBS LIFE GOING WITH THE FLOW????

- Campus Life is good. In the evening it is extremely wonderful to walk around the campus with our friends also we can avail the canteen facility at any time.
- The library facility is also very good as it is air conditioned and variety of books are available for the students.
Dislikes
- Coordination among the different faculty members of different departments is kind of poor which ultimately makes students to suffer in their lectures, time period,etc.
- Infrastructure is not that good ..all the lecture theaters are not air conditioned (which we atleast expect with the fee structure) which makes it extremely difficult for us to study and concentrate during summers
Remarks :
I selected the college because it had well established education system. The doctor professors here are old renowned and well experienced. In my known ones and relatives also there are many doctors which have done their mbbs from this college. Talking to them and taking their advice also motivated be to take this college. Some bad aspects which I can think of are like this college doesn't support cultural activities to a much extent. Coordination among the department is not that good due to which students suffer regarding periods and lecture time period. Bus facility to the hospital from college is not well appreciated. But overall environment is good and healthy.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose MBBS because personally I always used to believe doctor as a respectful profession . It gave me an extra edge ahead my other friends and known ones. Faculty members are experienced but not approachable. 2 Term examinations are conducted and difficulty level is medium to high. MBBS is always expensive though goverment colleges have a low fee structure comparatively but not that low at the same time. No scholarship assistance is known till now for ugs in this college.
Internships Opportunities :
Internship in mbbs course is started after completion of four years mbbs course and we are paid a stipend of 17500. In intership an mbbs graduate gets a complete exposure of the hospital environment and get to see various kind of patients and cases.
Placement Experience :
We get to experience internship after completion of our 4 year Mbbs course in which we are expected to get stipend of around 17500. After internship I plan to do pg and hope to get a good clinical stream. After completing pg I plan to do specialisation in my respective course .
Campus Life :
Students only have to take initiative to conduct fests in the college. Departments only conduct the quizzes according to NMC announcement. Rest all the cultural events are conducted by the students themselves. Library life is good .Well air conditioned they are and all books are available. Free wifi facility is available in the library so that online lectures can be seen there Hostels are really in bad condition regarding garbage and washrooms and specially dogs . Food quality is good though

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
