- Talegaon being next to lonavala where NCER is located, makes this a very beautiful place to study and explore.

- Under development college according to the land they own
- This college is in the outer side of pune so for those living in proper pune it's difficult for them to travel
Remarks :
I wanted to take admission in a college which has central placement facility and this college was the only one according to my JEE cutoff which provided artificial intelligence course. Prior admission I was interviewed by the principal for my course certification and my overall knowledge for this course.
Course Curriculum Overview :
As growing demand of artificial intelligence I choose this course in order to be a part of this and make a revolution. The faculty members are minimum M.Tech or pursing PHD in their respective course. There are mid semester exam(in between the semester) for 20marks and rest end semester exam for 60marks and remaining 20marks for assignments and extra activities. There is a scholarship policy for Maharashtra students who's father has domicile certification, MAHADBT Scholarship gives a compensation of 50% fee back for general and increasing percentage for yet lower caste.
Placement Experience :
Eligibility criteria varies upon company cutoff demand approx 60%. GatewayCrop 6.5LPA, Bajaj Finserv 8 LPA, Amdocs 4 LPA, etc. Highest package until now is 36LPA and avg package is around 4LPA. Around 90%+ students are getting placed every year. My plan after this degree is to get a job for AI analyst from college placement itself.
Campus Life :
Every year we have fresher party and annual function apart from this we are continuously having hackathon, tech fest, sports activities throughout the semester. Availability of books in the library needs to be improved as variety of books are there but their copies are limited. And classroom amenities are ok for a student to study properly. Almost every popular sport is covered in our college and also we have extra curricular activities ranging from technical to non technical. We also has a car show this year which was really crazy. We students have committee according to our course and this committee run their own social media page. I preferred a rented flat for 7500 rent 1bhk 3 members within 10mins walking distance to college.

Placement Offers were Good on Records till now Collage has its own Placement Department. The Placement Department is operated by professionals. It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages around 80% placement was done in our batch. All the students got chance to prove themselves in campus placements. Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.
The Time I Had Spent in my College

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Internship was also provided by college to give students practical experience and knowledge about current changing environment.
Excellent college with great helpful faculty
Course Curriculum Overview :
i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate

Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.

I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
Reality of niat

no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.

Psychology as a field is highly recognized and growing sector after the lockdown,people are more focused on mental health,thus bhavans was the best option as they have Psychology department set for almost 20years which makes them more experienced. The teaching method of Dr.kranti Gawali the hod is excellent.
