I was selected on the basis of my CET score , it was pretty avarage. If anyone has above 70 score in CET then you definitely have good options. Generally cutoff is 50 to 60 percentile score in CET and same for JEE also. Like other colleges if you have to get admission in this college you have go through the online process by Maharashtra CET cell.
Okey so I was interested in IT field so I chose this course. The lectures are on time, sometimes not on time. Faculty is good but not very good. (Bus kaam chal jata hai ). You can pay full fees at one time or in 2 halves. Exams timings and papers come through University and exams Are a bit strict. Students get scholarship based on their caste.
I have not done any internship till now but I am searching for internships . No internships are offered by the college here. So there is no chance for getting an internship from college . One must have to try it themselves.
This college is considered as Tier 3 college. Students are eligible for placements after 6th Semester. Very few companies visit the campus. No internships are provided by the college. Placement are not that good here. No famous companies visit our college. Like Microsoft , Google , Amazon etc. My plan is to get an Off campus placement after degree. Most of the students prefer offcampus here.
Extra curricular activities are conducted every year. There are not so many clubs in college. There are some like adventure, nature etc. College have girls hostel is there but Boys hostel is not there . If you are a boy then you have to stay in rooms near college. Yes there is a vast library in the college and almost every book is available.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
