- Jab College campus outside infrastructure is good that I like. After it there is nothing much to see my college campus.
- There is workshop that is available outside the college where we can go and explore lord of workshop equipments
Dislikes
- No proper maintenance of the infrastructure that I didn't like about my college and that should be improved in the upcoming years
- Even no proper handling and maintenance of hostels as my lord of friends said me that there is a poor facilities in our hostel that you can't even sleep.
Remarks :
Definately I love my college . I am from Bokaro and dhanbad is the nearest to my home and dhanbad is also one of top 5 polytechnic college in jharkhand. So I choose Dhanbad polytechnic. My family is not able to spend a lot of money like 3 - 5 lakhs in my education so , a government polytechnic college was really needed. Also Dhanbad polytechnic provides good placement every year in every trade. So these are some factors that made me to join this college I gave entrace exam of Jceceb for admission in this college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose civil engineering because I am really good in drawing and I had heared lot about civil engineering field before getting admission diploma. So I thought that it may be a good choice for me as it would be interesting to learn and do something in this field in future. I think according to my experience the teaching faculties in this college are really experienced and provide really valuable knowledge to their students. There is a big problem with the timing of semester examination what I have seen that are University do sometimes a lot of delay or even take the examination much before the deadline. The cost of study is fixed no Hike policy I have seen in my college The scholarship is only available for scheduled caste , schedule tribes and OBC categories and it is the jharkhand's own e-kalyan's scholarship that I get every year.
Internships Opportunities :
I haven't opted for any special type of internship during my diploma program but yes I did an apprenticeship 1 month that was offered by college in my 5th sem and there was no any type of stipend available in this apprenticeship because it was offered by the college itself. Yes some field projects were given as sessional
Placement Experience :
Yes as I said above , placements are drived every year in my college campus, some of my friends aslo opt for off campus selection as well that are conducted by coaching classes I have not opt for any special type of recruiter. You can expect 20000 min monthly salary from the placement. Min. 75+ percentage is needed to be eligible for a good placement cell or company. I would prefer to get admission into a college to do my b tech.
Campus Life :
There is no any proper calendar for events happens in my college, very less festivals and functions are conducted. There is no library facility in my college and that is a setback. seasonal cricket event is organised every year. I was offered to join the hostel but I didn't choose because I was not satisfied with the facilities of hostel so I can't say anything about the food quality infrastructure of the hostels but according to my experience the facilities are not satisfying

I’m planning to sit for GATE as well, as many seniors here aim for PSUs. You have to at least maintain 7CGA for sitting in placement season company like Wipro Infosys come here placement season. Average package of BBA is 4.5 lakhs. Almost 80% Student are placed through campus placement. My plan after getting degree pursuing MBA
My Dream College

College give only about 30% placement and there is very few companies or hospitals which are visited to the college for the employees. You have to do it with yourself when you are go to the internship. The highest and average package as I see is about 30,000 per month and maximum to 50,000 per month And I saw that student who top is maximum getting chance for the placement which is rare .
Netaji Subhas University is best for engineering in low fee and for who is already doing job

You have to not active backlog in any subject. 8+ cgpa perefer first then below 8+. Eternal achievers, infinite solution, paul tech like local jamshedpur it company visit for placement. 80% students placed from our university. I will look for higher education.

I don't have any specific information about placements because I am still studying, but some seniors have got jobs which tells me that everything is fine. There are some seniors who work in Tata Motors and DRDO with good payments.

The intern is provided for training in nearby schools in 3rd semester. It is unpaid internship basically done under the curriculum.It is compulsory for the students to complete this teacher's training to get the B.ed degree. There is no such placement opportunities You have to go off campus to get placed in any school.

There is no campus placement in this college, so we have to plan our own jobs or internships after completing the course. Eligibility criteria for jobs depends on companies, mostly they ask for basic knowledge and skills related to the course. Some students do internships on their own in local companies or online. Since there is no official placement, there are no recruiters, packages or offers from college. Around 0% students get placement from college itself. My plan after degree is to prepare for government jobs and also apply for some private jobs related to my field. Overall, college is good for learning, but for placements you have to work on your own

"Placements in my college are slowly improving but still not at the level of top engineering colleges. Some companies visit every year but the number of offers is limited. Students who have good skills and prepare on their own get opportunities easily. The eligibility for sitting in placements is usually 6.0 CGPA and no major backlogs. Recruiters like small IT companies, training firms and a few core-related companies have visited. The highest package was around 6–7 LPA and the average stays near 3 LPA depending on the branch. Around 25–35% students get placed from campus and others go for off-campus drives. Internships are mostly arranged by students themselves through online platforms. After completing my degree, I plan to prepare for off-campus jobs and also improve my technical skills to get a better job in company or in government job
Expensive college with mediocre placements
Placement Experience :
Placements are mediocre in my branch ece. Last year 60-70 percent students are placed. Average package is 13lpa approx and highest in my branch was 58lpa. Core companies like NXP come for placement. Tech companies like foipkart, meesho, visa, goldman sachs come for placement.
