The college has good placements every year and is known for its placements but during this recession it's been bad. The college needs to give more freedom to the students to allow them to freely take decisions.I was allocated this college through CET.
I've chosen AIML as my course. I think it is the future and has a lot of scope. It is booming now and it might peak by the time I graduate so I can benefit from that. The qualifications of the faculty are great. The teaching method is average, some teachers and very good and some are average. Overall teaching and learning experience is good. Effective education is provided. The recent Autonomous status of the college has allowed modifying the syllabus. We have internal tests every month and a total of 3 internal tests. 3 internal tests are followed by practical exams which are followed by end-sem exams. So term exams are 4-5 months once. Difficulty level under autonomous status is moderate. There is no fee hike policy. The fee remains the same throughout. I feel the cost is worth the education and facilities they are providing. The college is rapidly progressing and becoming more student-oriented. Students can avail of many scholarships
The college provides us with good internship training in all the seams. We are open to applying for internships outside but in case we don't secure college will provide us the internships. Microsoft, canon, Nvidia are few of the companies who provide internships
Eligibility criteria is the GPA. Cut-off will be around 7.5-8 Bosch, IBM, and Infosys are regular recruiters. highest salary was around 21 LPA and the average salary will be around 6 LPA. Around 70% of the students are getting placed. I planned to pursue an MS degree after getting this degree.
Campus Life is below average. As the college is not very big. My social life is pretty good. As the intake in the college is less, almost everyone interacts with everyone. There are many clubs in the college. Clubs are always active and are doing a lot of work. Tatva is the name of the fest and it is conducted in May. It is a techno-cultural fest. Artists and singers are called for the mega event which will be held in the auditorium. There will be events and stalls throughout the campus for 2 days. There are almost all books of all categories in the library, which is very well maintained. There is also a digital library on the campus. We have a badminton court, table tennis, volleyball/tennis court, basketball court. The college doesn't support sports much. Many other extracurricular activities are supported.
For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc, shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students
The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.
the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.
I got placed in a company called Glory Infinity Private Limited, there other offers from The math school infosys ultratech every student had multiple offers from company. Not A very high packages but good opportunities
The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum
The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.
All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
