The admission in the college was based on my jee mains score, i did not specifically prepare for this college. I choose the college due to its good placements at the time and presence of extracurricular activities.
The course curriculum is relatively strict, the faculty teaching those courses is qualified. The term exams are hard and scoring cgpa is harder compared to other colleges. The fees is increased by 10 percent each other. Scholarships are available based on jee scores and academic performance in college. Scholarships are present for bpl students.
Companies came for internships. Some were codenation/trilogy Innovations, delloite at 30k per month, media.net, etc. around 5-6 companies came In total. Trainings and placement cell is available which provides us with 2 coding blocks courses, live and recorded, for dsa and web development. Recently, we got a soft skills workshop (10 classes) from tpc global for soft skills.
Placements were good until this year, where we've seen placements slow down due to recession. Eligibility criteria is set by companies but is generally cgpa> 7 and no active backlogs. Tekion came last year and gave 24 offers. More information is available at placements site. Every statistical data presented on the site is true. My plan after getting a degree is to hopefully get placed in a tech company that pays me enough to compensate for my expensive degree.
Campus life is good. The campus is residential so everyone stays on campus. There are 3 fests vivacity, desportivos and plinth which are our cultural, sports and tech fests respectively. These are organised by students (organising committees) in January - February each year. Sports such as basketball, football, table tennis, badminton, squash, tennis, volleyball, kabbadi, cricket and Futsal exist in the campus with courts and equipment for each of them. Inter batch matches are organised along with othwr tournaments round the year. Table tennis tables are also present in hostels. There are 5 boys hostels currently and one girls hostel. All necessary and popular books and research papers are available in the library. Students can also view research papers for free. There are a lot of clubs, information regarding each is present on the institute website. These clubs are run by students and conducts events round the year. Mess food is good and menu contains varied vegetables and pulses.
I am not into placement and job opportunities by my course I am preparing for a government exam hence I need a degree for that On the other hand as it is a government college There are high chances of placements with good packages
Its an 100% placement college with internships opportunities at 7th semester The college gives details mock questions whick can be asked during interviews sessions. The college even have great company opportunities
I heard that btech is no one here for academics and placements for women so its worth it. There are lots of sports opportunities wherever you want you can achieve like horse riding squash etc. theres aviation as well for the girls to fly and achieve their dreams
Yes, students had gotten placements via college in banking and private companies because after completing graduation i also got an opportunity through college but due to some circumstances, i hadn’t got that chance.
You just have to be a student of last year for applying in internship programs and placements. You have to master any skill and then you can get placement. Many small companies helds campaigns in the university and appoint students for job. The average package is around 20-30 per annum. The highest is around 40 to 50 lakh and lowest is around 10 to 20 lakh per annum. 60% of students gets placement in companies . My plans after getting the degree are to master a skill and then apply for a job in a well known company.
our course first batch is still not gradutaed so there is no info about placements but there is such help in internship. they also told that they will give placment asiistance from their side , lets see
The internship experience is provided by college . Many recruiters came for recruitments every year in all the streams. companies like HUL and FMCG groups take their fresh employees and provide experience of salary basis.
I really don't like placement of jecrc bcoz I don't see mt senior going to a great company out campus they are achieving good but in our campus we don't really get into good company they should have increased the number of companies in our college
Campus recruitment training is provided to all course students and it depends on the student whether they want to opt for it or not. After CRT, different companies come to the campus for their recruitment drive.
There is no campus placement here. Students who passed out from here some are finding jobs, some had their good family business and just wanted to get a degree and some started their own startup. College don't provide you any future security.
As every engineering college we get high placements in circuital branches but for non circuitals senior advice to study a particular language , DSA and all to get placements which is somewhere right because chances of circuital branch jobs are high.
