Remarks :
st.josephs University has very good reputation all over india providing various courses in science , commerce and arts. The course which I opted (BCA)in this college was ranked 3rd all over india .To get into the BCA stream you have submit online application i.e 300 rs or something.after that there will be 3 level interview. Basic computer questions will be asked . if you get through all the 3 level you're selected . There no cutt-off percentage but you get seat through reservation also(obc , sc-st, Catholics).
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course to involve myself in coding and other tech stuffs. all the teachers are well qualified and labs are maintained very well with high end computers. there is no fee hike but there are feez for changing you language after semesters. for internals there will 2 activities and 1 mid semester exam. management scholarship is provided by the college.
Internships Opportunities :
I have not opted any internship right now because I'm in 4th semester.if i get an internship I'll provide the details.but during you 4th sem you have to do research paper i.e research about a topic and prepare a word document.
Placement Experience :
THERE is 90% placement in our college and we have to do internship in the last semester and provide the details of what we did in that internship.highest package is 20lpa and average package is 3lpa.so many recruiters come to this college.
Campus Life :
visages, prathiba , swagath is conducted every year as cultural fest where you will have concert and dj night. sports stakes is interesting college sport fest and there will be interclass too. There are many clubs from every department. canteens are too crowded during lunch break . food in northeast canteen is better .

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

Eligibility for the placements is 7+ cgpa if you have higher cgpa higher the chances of you getting shortlisted for the interview and it will be easy for you Recuriters visited Cisco,Visa,Emerson,NetApp and many more for the internships and full time Highest package is 56 LPA and average package will be around 10 LPA for the computer science and Engineering for other branches it may vary
