- The main thing I like our campus is the types of amenities it provides for us.We have gym, basketball court, playground, indoor stadium which contains carrom boards, table tennis,etc.
- The other thing which I also like in our campus is there is freedom for students for entering and leaving the classrooms.You can leave the class whenever you want noone will question you but you have to take care of the attendance.
Dislikes
- The main thing I dislike about our college is we can't leave the college until 3.15pm. Even though if our classes finish before the time , we can't leave the college.
- The cellar network in our college is very weak which is achieved by using jammers in our college.There is no wifi facility for classrooms and the projectors in the college are also very old.
Remarks :
SNIST is one of the top 10 engineering colleges in India.We have to take EAMCET entrance exam.I have secured the rank of 9000 which helped me to get a seat in Information technology course in SNIST.For a student to give EAMCET test he or she must complete their intermediate education which covers the whole syllabus for the test.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have chosen the Information Technology course as I think it has much better opportunities in the future to explore.All the faculty in our college are professors and you will be provided with assistants in lab sessions to help us get through the course.We will have half term exams for every 6 weeks.The questions in the term exams will be innovative but easy.
Internships Opportunities :
Companies like JP Morgan come for internships in third year. They mainly look into our projects which we do in second year.There will be aptitude around and hiring round.The project that we do is mere reflection of our understanding and application of the concepts in real life.So your internship is largely defined based on your project.
Placement Experience :
Most of the companies look for the candidates who have CGPA above 9. So it will be very helpful for students if they have a CGPA more than 9. All the major tech gaints like Microsoft, IBM, Infosys and JP Morgan come for campus recruitment rounds every year and they hire a nice number of students.The highest package as per last year was around 38LPA. Almost 90% of the students will be placed on campus.So,I would rather do ajob in India than opting for a master's outside of my country.
Campus Life :
Fortunately or unfortunately our college celebrates a fest for every semester which is quite unusual for an engineering college in Hyderabad.The campus is spacious.There is a seperate block for first year students.From second year onwards students are divided according to their course and there is a seperate block for every course.We have two canteens,three seminar halls and one playground along with basketball court.The library is full of vivid books related to the college courses and other books too.Our college has numerous clubs like photography club,dance club arts cub,etc.One get to know many things if he or she joins a club.There is a rich culture of clubs present in our college.The only thing which is disappointing is the quality of the food provided by the college hostel.The food in other hostels is way far better than provided by the college.

From what I have experienced the college starts preparing us for placements much earlier than I expected. We regularly have coding practice, project work, resume reviews, aptitude sessions and mock interviews, so you are improving little by little instead of waiting for the final year. The college also shares internship and job opportunities with students. I feel the support is definitely there but your results depend on how much effort you put into building your skills.

Reasons I chose NIAT
Placement Experience :
Since I am still a student I haven't gone through the final placement season yet. But from what I have seen the college starts preparing us quite early. We have regular coding sessions, aptitude training, mock interviews and resume building workshops. The placement team also shared internship opportunities whenever they are available. I feel the college is more focused on making students job ready than waiting until the final year. If you stay consistent with your coding, projects and overall skills, you will be in a much better position when placement season starts. Overall I think the college provides good support, but students also need to put in their own effort.
College life beyond classroom

As a current student I haven't reached the final placement season yet but the college has already started preparing us. We get regular updates about internship opportunities, and many students apply from the early semester itself. Along with that there are sessions on resume writing, aptitude, communication skills and interview preparation. The college also encourages us to build projects and improve our technical skills, which helps while applying for internships. I feel these small efforts throughout the course will make a big difference when placements begun.
A great place to meet like minded people

The syllabus also covers topics that are useful for todays tech industry. The faculty is friendly and easy to talk to. They explain concepts in a simple way, clear doubts without any hesitation, and we are already ready to help if someone is struggling.

My experience at NIAT
Placement Experience :
NIAT is a relatively new institute the first batch hasn't graduated yet, so there isn't any official placement record available. However the college has done a good job of preparing students through practical learning, coding and real world projects. Many students have already secured internships from the first year itself which gives them valuable industry experience. Along with technical skills the college also provides guidance for resume building and interviews, making students feel more confident about future placement opportunities.
A Complete Review of JNTUH: Opportunities and Campus Life
Placement Experience :
Eligibility is that we must maintain atleast 60-70% aggregate overall without any active backlogs. Recruiters are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, AWS etc. Total no. of offers made: All branches combined get 700-1100+ offers. Highest package is 52 lpa offered by AWS, and average package is about 6 lpa. About 60% students get placements. After getting my degree, I intend to get a good job in campus placements in companies like AWS, and go towards VLSI field
