Goods supportive lectures, I knew this college was supportive in all aspects as my brother graduated from the same college so he guided me through it. I got all kinds of exposure here, Clinical it's a good college to be in, coming to academics it's been always academic-oriented from day one I would rather not stress about it you will get to know about it once you get into any medical colleges. Cons I would say the patient flow is less compared to other colleges it is sufficient enough to keep you busy but not as much as other colleges in Karnataka. There is no interview as such you can get admission Directly through counselling Of KEA/MCC. As it's one of the top 10 colleges cutoff for GM might be 615+.
The curriculum is all decided by CBME as they have implemented a competency-based curriculum it's been helping to good in all aspects of theory and particles. As I mentioned earlier academics have always been the priority in this college, as it should be in any other medical college. Faculties are pretty strict about academics but friendly too so it's not a big matter to cope with them they will help you in all aspects for sure. As scholarships are based on families' annual income and category I would rather not stress much about it; as it is a govt. College you can avail most of the scholarships. The annual tuition fee is 60,000. hostel deposit of 15,000? monthly mess fees of 3,500-4,000? and additional fees in the college of 10,000.
Talking about the good part, it's is the best campus to be in all credit to the Hassan weather. There is enough infrastructural support in the college there is been a new MCHC hospital opened recently, and a super speciality hospital, a new hostel other than the existing two hostels is under construction, and the new library has been built, so infrastructure 9/10.
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

All the faculties are extremely well qualified from top institutions of the world and they are all extremely approachable and nice. The term exams we had were split like CP1, CP2, and CP3 of 20+25+25 marks each. They were some easy ones, and some application based, which develops the engineering thinking mindset
