- The infrastructure is good and faculties are also good.The campus have greenary which is very refreshment.
- The library is on 6th floor which is very good place to study and it contains lot of informative books.
Dislikes
- The ground in which they started constructing hostels.so the ground now became small.
- The college canteen they can improve by adding good menu options.
Remarks :
I took CSE [Data science] course in Acs college of engineering because only few colleges provide this course and this course is very demanding and good choice as carrier. The field is growing rapidly and the demand for skilled professionals is higher than ever. With the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets, data scientists can help organizations make better-informed decisions and drive growth.I got admission by kcet counselling .first I prepared for kcet exam and I got seat in first round itself cutoff was around 50k-60k.And management seats are also provided by this college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
A career in data science is the right choice for several reasons. Firstly, it is a highly lucrative field with a growing demand for professionals. Data science is being used by organizations across all industries, which means there are many job opportunities available. Secondly, it is a field that offers a high degree of job satisfaction as you will be solving complex problems and making a real impact on businesses and society. Lastly, Data science is a field that is constantly evolving, with new technologies and methodologies emerging all the time. This means that there is always room for growth and learning in your career. The faculty are well educated some of them did masters and PhD.The teaching is good and also they help us in studies. Once a year two semesters overall course contains eight semesters.the difficulty depends upon our preparation. Fees of kcet students is around 130000 and management varies. We can apply for ssp scholarship and nsp scholarship for financial support.
Internships Opportunities :
The college provides guide towards internships for getting good job. As I am second year still I do any internship and we can do internships from third year as per my seniors they have done internships in tcs.

As per the official website, the highest package and lowest package offered during placements 2023 stood at INR 9 LPA and INR 2.22 LPA, respectively. A total of 93 students were placed during ACS College of Engineering placements 2023. The top recruiters of ACS College of Engineering in placements 2023 were Intellipaat, Medtronics, TCS, CodeYoung, Tech Mahindra, etc. Earlier, out of 253 graduates 132 were placed during 2022 placements. ACS College of Engineering (ACSCE), Bangalore was established in 2009. It is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi and approved by the All India Council of Technical Education. It has 11 departments. It equips its students not only with technical knowledge but also integrates value education, environmental awareness and communication skills into its curriculum. It offers various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the Engineering stream, including new age ones such as Aeronautical Engineering and Bio-medical Engineering. It has a powerful Wi-Fi-enabled campus and anti-ragging committee which is very proactive in monitoring the college on a 24X7 basis including the hostel premises. The fest named Arohana is organized every year.They organize the events such as dancing,singing,fasion show,ethnic day so on.The sports such as kabbadi,basketball,volleyball,throwball,cricket and also indoor games. Hostels are provided for students who came from far places

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
