- Spacious, College is situated in 125 acres,so every building and laboratory are spacious.All the faculties are highly qualified and skilled. Campus promotes cultural activities and events to entertain students
- Politics are highly restricted inside the campus and you'll have a ragging free campus
Dislikes
- Men's hostel is a bit older and maintainance are poor.And at summer season as the college is situated in Palakkad district you'll face high temperature
- All the laboratorie's roof are made of sheet.So the heat inside is sometimes very bad
Remarks :
NSS Engineering College is one of the best colleges providing a maximum number of placements. There are two ways for admission. One through the KEAM Exam and the other through the Management Quota. You need at least 20000 ranks in the Keam exam to get admission to this college. According to the demand for the department, there will be variations in the minimum required rank. If you belong to any backward cast or you're economically weaker you'll get reservations for that also.
Course Curriculum Overview :
B.Tech in Civil Engineering is one of the all-time courses on demand. I chose this course because of my family background and my interest in construction.NSS Engineering College keeps high standards for its faculties. Even the guest lecturers are experienced and they are highly skilled in teaching. You'll have an opportunity to evaluate faculty through a survey for every faculty teaching you,period. If you have any problems or remarks on the professors performance, you can report it on the survey. Since this college is affiliated with KTU, there will be no fee hikes unnecessarily. As all know B Tech is one of the toughest courses, but it's not a big deal just to get passed. There are many scholarships you can avail oaccording to your and your family's financial background,caste and religion.
Internships Opportunities :
You'll have several opportunities for internships while studying, moreover they are compulsory. Availability of internships varies according to the department you're studying. Managamenyand faculties will do their maximum to help you and grab the opportunities for you
Placement Experience :
It is one of the top colleges in Kerala for providing a maximum number of placements. You shouldn't have any backlogs to appear for placements. 50+ companies are visiting the college for placements per year and SHOBHA Developers, TCS, MRF, Infosys, Federal Bank, Alstorm etc are some of those
Campus Life :
The campus has a good infrastructure, all the required laboratories, and technicians and everything is very spacious. There are department libraries other than the central library. The canteen is also affordable and hygienic. The campus also focuses on extracurricular activities and sports, College hostels are okay, you need marks to get admission there.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
