- In the MBBS curriculum, one aspect that some students find challenging is the rigorous academic workload, which can be demanding and overwhelming at times. Additionally, the pressure to excel academically and maintain high grades throughout the program can lead to stress and burnout for some students.
- One significant issue that students may encounter in college is the malfunctioning or inadequate air conditioning (AC) in classrooms. This can create discomfort and distraction, especially during hot weather or in regions with high temperatures. In such situations, students may struggle to concentrate on lectures and academic activities, leading to decreased productivity and learning outcomes. Additionally, poor ventilation due to malfunctioning AC units can negatively impact indoor air quality, potentially affecting students' health and well-being. Addressing these issues promptly is crucial to creating a conducive learning environment for all students.
Remarks :
Admission through the NEET Exam Cut-off: 590 for open category, general Counselling process through KEA. Admission is not through all India councelling it is through KEA through Karnataka state counselling.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose MBBS because I have a profound desire to help others, a fascination with the complexities of the human body, and a commitment to making a tangible difference in people's lives through healthcare. Qualification of the faculty there are professors of qualifications of MBBS and MS. Every 3 months there is an internal examination. There are 3 Internal examinations and 1 University exam. The course is 9 to 10 months, not 12 months.
Internships Opportunities :
As a first-year MBBS student, I haven't yet explored internship opportunities. Since I'm still in the early stages of my medical education, I'm not familiar with the specific internship opportunities available through my college. My focus right now is on laying the foundation of medical knowledge and skills needed to excel in my studies.
Placement Experience :
MBBS graduates have diverse opportunities after graduation, including further specialization through postgraduate studies or immediate entry into clinical practice. Placement eligibility depends on academic performance and clinical experience. Recruiters include hospitals, clinics, and research institutions. Salary packages vary but can range from 6 to 12 lakhs per annum. While campus placements aren't typical, the majority of graduates secure employment. After my degree, I plan to specialize further to enhance my career prospects in healthcare.

Hostel facilities often include amenities like common rooms, laundry facilities, and dining halls. Some hostels also organize events and activities to foster a sense of community among residents.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
