- Too much academic pressure, the assignments and projects won’t spare you and me time
Remarks :
I chose this college because of the placement records, the entrance exam for the same is jee mains, and the cutoff was air 2000 for Cse I prepared for this as I enrolled in Fiitjee from class 9, but there are many other modes of admission via sat, urge, Kvpy, boards but then the offer your dual degree, the only way you can get Cse is jee mains.
Course Curriculum Overview :
It has an excellent up-to-date curriculum, it is one of the best thing in this college and it is also reflected in its placement records, each professor over here is a researcher ie a doctorate, they work in their respected fields and teach us courses related to them, since the professor is currently researching they are well connected to what new tech is going around the worlds and they are free to change the course according to them, also there is no official pressure on the faculty about syllabus so they teach what they think is relevant.
Internships Opportunities :
No, I haven’t yet, I will sit for it next year, the internship opportunities start in 3 third year as I m only in the second, and I haven’t sit in any, as for our seniors the companies that visited include Google, uber, PayPal, apt labs, rubric,nand many more. The offer stipends of up to rs 2.5 lac for a month. Our seniors have joined as software developer interns.
Placement Experience :
You just have to get your program passed and you can sit in placement, The CTC is 32 lac max being around 1 cr and there are 100% placement records, A few visited recruiters are Microsoft, rubric, PayPal, and many more, after completing the degree I want to do masters in computer science.
Campus Life :
The college has an annual fest named Felicity which is generally conducted in February, apart from that, several small events are conducted by clubs on campus, for sports the fields are average, not that good, there is a sports credit that you have to complete by playing 3 days a week for 4 semesters, apart from that the sports life is dead, apart from several small events conducted by the sports club, also the events and the fest is all organized by the students, the college does have any control in it, nor they fund it, it’s all sponsorship money that students bring in.

From what I have experienced the college starts preparing us for placements much earlier than I expected. We regularly have coding practice, project work, resume reviews, aptitude sessions and mock interviews, so you are improving little by little instead of waiting for the final year. The college also shares internship and job opportunities with students. I feel the support is definitely there but your results depend on how much effort you put into building your skills.

Placement Experience :
Since I am still a student I haven't gone through the final placement season yet. But from what I have seen the college starts preparing us quite early. We have regular coding sessions, aptitude training, mock interviews and resume building workshops. The placement team also shared internship opportunities whenever they are available. I feel the college is more focused on making students job ready than waiting until the final year. If you stay consistent with your coding, projects and overall skills, you will be in a much better position when placement season starts. Overall I think the college provides good support, but students also need to put in their own effort.
College life beyond classroom

As a current student I haven't reached the final placement season yet but the college has already started preparing us. We get regular updates about internship opportunities, and many students apply from the early semester itself. Along with that there are sessions on resume writing, aptitude, communication skills and interview preparation. The college also encourages us to build projects and improve our technical skills, which helps while applying for internships. I feel these small efforts throughout the course will make a big difference when placements begun.

One important thing I like about the course is that it isn't only about reading books and writing exams. My experience at NIAT
Placement Experience :
NIAT is a relatively new institute the first batch hasn't graduated yet, so there isn't any official placement record available. However the college has done a good job of preparing students through practical learning, coding and real world projects. Many students have already secured internships from the first year itself which gives them valuable industry experience. Along with technical skills the college also provides guidance for resume building and interviews, making students feel more confident about future placement opportunities.

Placement Experience :
Eligibility is that we must maintain atleast 60-70% aggregate overall without any active backlogs. Recruiters are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, AWS etc. Total no. of offers made: All branches combined get 700-1100+ offers. Highest package is 52 lpa offered by AWS, and average package is about 6 lpa. About 60% students get placements. After getting my degree, I intend to get a good job in campus placements in companies like AWS, and go towards VLSI field
