- The Infrastructure of the College is very huge consisting of (5-7) building of different departments. The College also have small gardens and greenery which make the campus environment cool and fresh. Infrastructure consists of :- laboratories, Gym area, Musica dn Dance halls, Auditoriums , conference halls, projectors in classrooms etc. The campus also have sports ground for Cricket and football practice.
- The faculty of the College is Highly qualified which teaches and clear the doubts in very healthy and simple way.
- The campus life I'd not much exciting as their is not any hostel facility, students comes in the morning and take their classes till afternoon or evening. But During Cultural fests and other extra curricular activities the campus life becomes exciting and amazing.
Dislikes
- The Infrastructure of the College is very big but as the College is very old the buildings need to be renovate and some essential resources like water supply and fans in classrooms should also need to be improve.
Remarks :
MBGPG College is one of the biggest colleges in the Kumoun Region of Uttarakhand. It is also near by my home which is also reasonable for me. It also has fewer fees for Graduation courses which attracts various students and provides good knowledge of the course. I was admitted in 2022 after my 12th board result by filling up an online form from Kumoun University's official website. For PG and B.ed Courses,, students have to take the entrance exam and be selected on a merit basis.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I took my enrollment in Bcom Course as I am a commerce student and wanted to pursue my further studies in the field of Account and Management, which Bcom course fulfills all the criteria. The faculty of the College is also Highly qualified as many professors are a prodigy of IITs, NIT, IIMs, and AIIMS. The faculty's way of teaching is students' friendly as they teach in very clear and simple language. The Exams in MBGPG College are Conducted on a semester Basis ( 2 semesters in a year) for the Undergraduate programs and yearly for the postgraduate exams. The difficulty level of the exams is moderate and quite easy, if students have attended the classes they can score good marks. The study cost is very reasonable as the College provides access to curriculum books from the library and also helps the students by providing scholarships to Meritorious and financially weak students.
Internships Opportunities :
Currently, I have not opted for any internship because Right now I'm not eligible to apply for an internship as I'm currently in 4th semester. But after 5th semester students get opportunities to get internships from faculty or companies. Recently Reliance offered internships for sales assistants in my college for which they were offering Rupees 10000/- per month.
Placement Experience :
The College Does not provide many Job placements as the students generally prepare for Government Exams and other Competitive Exams (SSC, Bank, etc) but those students who regularly attend college and have good academic scores and skills get placements. Though the percentage of selected candidates is less some of them get good placements. As concerned with my plans, After Completing My under graduation in BCOM I would definitely Apply for college placements, which include procedures such as:- Form fill up, Eligibility criteria, and Interview.
Campus Life :
MBGPG College has very good Infrastructure with proper greenery, College have Halls, an Auditorium, laboratories, etc. College fests like Utrani Mahotsav ( jan-feb) took place every year which includes Cultural programs, sports activities etc Various fests are Conducted for special occasions like:- Christmas, Holi, Diwali, children day etc. The College provides good source on Varities of study material related books for Curriculum, Completions books and other general knowledge books, where students can prepare for their upcoming exams. The college is also going to establish digital library which will help many students. Sports and extracurricular activities are an essential part of College life, College Conducts various sports, music, dance, painting ,essay writing, etc competitions so that more students could participate and showcase their skills. The College has groups such as (NSUI,ABVP) and other groups that are run by students. The College does not have a hostel. Students live on Rent, PG.

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
