- Faculty is very polite and nice if you're good to them.
- Infrastructure is okay okay . Actually not okay.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure very poor no proper stairs very bhul bhulaiya.
- Campus is worst no sitting area no playing area.
Remarks :
College is well reputed in Delhi. It has its hospital which has a good number of patients. This college gives you well-trained teachers, coordinators, and lab facilities. Admission through the CUCET test.
Course Curriculum Overview :
This college is good in academics. Faculties are supportive and helpful. Every teacher has their style of teaching. Regular classes run. Even extra classes too. This college so far is good in academics. Scholarships are available.
Internships Opportunities :
As I mentioned earlier I'm a first-year student so I haven't experienced an internship, it will start after 4th year and yes it is a paid internship. But the stipend amount is very low . .. cannot comment much about placements.
Placement Experience :
I do have not many ideas about placements... However, I heard from my respected seniors about placements. They said BOT Students are well paid compared to BPT students. My college recently added a master's course.
Campus Life :
There are no clubs no social groups in my college, unfortunately. Not a single fest organized till now. The campus is very small. No sitting area. The hostel facility is okay. Food quality is good. But the hostel is available to a limited number of students.

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
