Dislikes
- Some of the faculty just read from the ppts but do not have any knowledge which becomes a problem when we get any doubts
- Sometimes there are just too .any assignment and quizzes at the same time which is hectic.
Remarks :
I have written a gate entrance examination and scored a rank of 1720 to join this college with a scholarship of 25%. The test is so easy with the basic questions of MPC. They also select students based on the JEE rank to give a scholarship.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I see the future strong in computer science and technology so I chose this course. The faculty of the college are pretty decent. every semester-end examination has a gap of 6 months which is sufficient. The new fee hike policy is that it increases by 25k every year for the upcoming juniors.
Internships Opportunities :
In the summer holidays, the campus offers paid internships from companies like Teachnook and Phonix Global. The clubs on the campus also provide in-camp internships. Students also work under some faculties to get experience in various research and projects
Placement Experience :
Various companies come the whole year for the final year students. the highest salary package we have heard about is 24 lakhs and the average salary package we have heard is 6 lakhs. Most of the students get placed on campus
Campus Life :
Every year in February we get to see Shore Fest happening on campus which is a 3 day fest with band nights etc other than this there are many fests from various clubs. There are various availability of books and libraries in KRC in gitam. Also, there is a cricket ground, tennis court and also a multipurpose ground for encouraging sports etc.

Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.

The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.

Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.

The average annual hostel fee is around Rs. 48,000 per student (or roughly Rs. 3,000 - 4,000 per month.The campus offers separate hostels for boys and girls with furnished rooms. Students note that the rooms are kept tidy, well-lit, and offer options for both single and shared occupancy.

In my college,the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.
Good infrastructure but needs better faculty.
Placement Experience :
Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.

Placement Experience :
Students generally are eligible for placements after completion of 3rd year. Top companies like amazon, Accenture, Infosys, paypal, TCS, etc offered placements last year with offers in range of 5-15 . Highest package is 44 LPA and average package is 9 LPA. Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.
