No, for my batch it was based on 12th marks. I chose this college because it’s most convenient for dwarka people who are interested in psychology. It’s a girl's college but the overall campus looks nice because it shares a side with Mahraja Agarsein Institute of Technology. Side to this college, there’s a lane full of cafes to explore for students. It has NCC NSS and many other societies. The overall infrastructure is also very nice with a newly built auditorium. Maithili Thakur is an alumnus of Bharati College so ya it’s a nice college.
For psychology the faculty is decent I won’t say very good but ya okish. In terms of facilities canteen, gym and everything is available for students. Scholarship updates are regularly provided. The tuition fee is comparatively same as other du colleges. Exams and all are same as all du colleges no change in that. For psychology particularly not a lot of outdoor exposure is provided to students but ya academics are covered pretty well.
The college has not hmany placement opportunities. There is a placement cell in the college with the name of OPUS which is active, but not a lot of placements are being provided. The main focus is on commerce students and they try their best to get them placed in particular psychology. If I say there are no placements yet made by the college for commerce students. Usually, the toppers are placed at five lakhs with a maximum of seven lakh per annum, usually, they give training for interviews and all which is helpful for the students, even if they are not getting placed by the cell itself, but can get placed by themselves. A very few repeated recruiters visit the campus, each year and number of offering fluctuate each year from 30 to 50.
The campus life is nice as it’s a girl's college but still there’s a vibe. The cultural fest of bharati college is “Abhivyakti” which is conducted in March mostly. The overall crowd gathering is nice. The library is there but the books are not so updated. The sports facilities are quite well as the college has a big playground at its back. The college has its hostel as well. The college has ample no of clubs and societies. I was the president of the art society “Artvilla” for 2021-22. Other than that western dance society, classical dance society, queer club, placement cell and many other clubs are there. The hostel works pretty well and one can enrol in the hostel as they get admission and it’s very comfortable as well because the hostel is just behind the college building.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.
The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
talking about placement opportunities many companies come to campus including google microsoft to core companies like texas instruments and bajaj giving a decent job opportunity. each one with a cgpa of more than 7 easily grasp job with pay of more than 12 lpa and people with decent cgpa of more than 8 grasp top jobs in the campus
