Choosing Canara College or any other institution often involves considering several factors to ensure it aligns with one's academic and personal goals. Here are some things I liked about our college. Canara College has a strong academic reputation, particularly known for its quality education and experienced faculty. Modern infrastructure, well-equipped laboratories, a comprehensive library, and excellent sports facilities can be significant attractions. Located in Mangalore, a city known for its educational institutions and pleasant environment, making it a conducive place for study. Reasonable fee structure compared to other private institutions can be a deciding factor for many students and their families. Prospective students must submit an application form, either online or offline, along with required documents such as previous academic records.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Canara College provides us with a lot of options in courses. They have an excellent staff that helps us in understanding the required topic. The staff and the lectures are well qualified and will help u understand all the topics that are covered in the subject. There are a total of 6 semesters and each semester is of 6 months or more where they have 2 internal in total throughout the semester. The cost of studying is very reasonable to the education provided by the establishment.
Internships Opportunities :
I personally have not opted for any internships.The college does provide intership opportunity to students really interested and if they get selected.They have their own eligibility criteria which one should be eligible to apply for.
Placement Experience :

Campus Life :
Social life in the campus is good.They are a lot of fest that will be conducted in our college throughout the year.I do like that the college conduct fest very often which helps us as we would be tired from the classes.This would be like a week long fest where there would be a lot of events where some you would be conducting and some in which you could participate.There is liberal facilities in the campus which evey student's can use. Students and issue books and journals from the library.There are projectors present in most of the classes which in term would help the students to understand the topic better.The college has lot of clubs where students can join and enroll themselves and indulge themselves in various activities.

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

Eligibility for the placements is 7+ cgpa if you have higher cgpa higher the chances of you getting shortlisted for the interview and it will be easy for you Recuriters visited Cisco,Visa,Emerson,NetApp and many more for the internships and full time Highest package is 56 LPA and average package will be around 10 LPA for the computer science and Engineering for other branches it may vary
