The good aspects are that it's a first batch autonomous college and the correction and paper setting are quite easy. The bad side is that there are no government bus stops and one should use private transportation. I opted for my course through KCET entrance exam and my score was around 60,000 thousand.
I chose Aeronautical as I had very little interest in coding and it's a new field to dive into. The faculties are qualified well. Some are PhD holders while some are pursuing PhD. The exams are usually conducted according to the timetables with very less changes. The few are the same throughout the study and it's gone up a little in last four years.
The internships are not provided by the college. But I did mine at KIA with no stipend. The department provides various opportunities to publish projects in reputed journals and the college pays half the amount.
The placements are not up to the mark but the management works day and night to provide opportunities. I have attended around 3 placements and I'm currently in the final round in one of the company that came to recruit. Infosys is a mass recruiter and the average package according to me is around 6LPA. My plans are to work after my studies.
The college conducts INTERACT fest every semester during June or July. The classrooms are clean but lack AC facility. A large number of journals and books are available in the library. The college offers extracurricular activities like NCC and NSS and has one of the best cricket team in Bangalore south. The college also offers clubs for acting and hosting teams. The hostel provides non veg every Wednesday and the rooms are huge and clean.
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students
The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

All the faculties are extremely well qualified from top institutions of the world and they are all extremely approachable and nice. The term exams we had were split like CP1, CP2, and CP3 of 20+25+25 marks each. They were some easy ones, and some application based, which develops the engineering thinking mindset
