- Personally I liked the faculties over their ..they are friendly and at the same time make us complete our work.
- Campus is huge and the friends I made here it's like devine.
Dislikes
- Placement for civil engineering is less than disappointmented me alot.
- Regarding infrastructure the benches are little old.
Remarks :
The factors that made me choose this college are that it is one of the finest and oldest colleges suited for civil engineering...it's well-known for its infrastructure...and it has a 60-year-old Library that has helped a lot throughout the course...Being a student their made me learn a lot many things about the course as well as the life ... because the faculties I tell you were well experienced and masters in their field of subject. To get into this college we need to clear KCET and based on ranking you'll get allocated to this college. The ranking for civil will be 140000 in 2023.Their is lot many courses such as CS (rank=20000), EC(rank=30000), Mechanical (150000),IS(61000),EEE(50000) so on... After the allotment of college... verification takes place in the college and the procedure goes on. I have prepared for KCET which is physics, maths, and chemistry...and got a good Ranking to be in this college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because I was interested in working in the civil engineering-related work-life irrigation dept, trafficking, and structural work. Most of the faculties were PhD holders. Their way of approaching us is through PPT and by providing notes. Each semester was around 4-5 months Max which has 3 internals of 20 marks and one exam of 100 marks. The level of the exam was of moderate. For civil engineering it cost me 19000+26000(building fee)...now may be around 1 lakh. No scholarship or financial assistance.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes, I have opted for an internship in ultra tech outside the campus but regarding the internships related to our colleges are a lot more...they tag up Revit tech, CADD, infotech etc The project I did was the improve the strength of concrete by partially replacing the soil. It helped a lot
Placement Experience :
For placement, we should get around 7 CGPA or more. Tesla, Benz ,Ultratech, arabee ,structures ,,Wipro, Tata, Tech Mahendra, Accenture etc The highest is 16lpa by Benz... the lowest is 3 lpa by Wipro. I would like to opt for a government job as well.
Campus Life :
For odd sem, we have jamboree fest and flash mob. For even sem college fest and ethnic day Bollywood day and whatnot...It is based on the clubs... Our library is 60 years old....you could a lot many journals article projects etc It has greater opportunities in sports and extracurricular activities at the state and national levels as well. Clubs as such... literature, Leo, eco, memorise, tech etc Hostels are good for both men and women and food is also better... I rented a PG in front of the college named Sri Sidhivinayaka pg.

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

Eligibility for the placements is 7+ cgpa if you have higher cgpa higher the chances of you getting shortlisted for the interview and it will be easy for you Recuriters visited Cisco,Visa,Emerson,NetApp and many more for the internships and full time Highest package is 56 LPA and average package will be around 10 LPA for the computer science and Engineering for other branches it may vary
