First of all, I admire the infrastructure of the college, it's situated in an IT park. I knew about the restrictions that colleges set for students. The college is fully air-conditioned and has a modern interior design. Classrooms are fully air-conditioned with a smart monitor system. No more blackboard and chalk, lectures are taken through ppts in smart monitors. The college is occupied on the 3rd and 4th floor of IBM IT park. So there will be that much standard maintained. Well, cleanliness is maintained in the classrooms, corridors and washrooms since it's in an IT building. No entrance test or GD/PI required for admission only PCB marks are considered.
BPT is 4 years in campus 6-month integrated internship course. The campus offers a wide range of postings in their partnered hospitals. College is lacking in the case of labs which will be soon rectified by completing the work of the nearby college building. campus life is a bit low since it's situated in an IT park. Faculties are knowledge ones. There are trainees in between them so students find it difficult.
Placements and job opportunities are guaranteed by the college, Since it's in IBM's building IBM is giving direct training for BCA students. Not only IBM but also Microsoft, TCS, and various other institutions are having tie-ups with campus. Coming to medical streams Aster, Iqra, Sparsh, Akash Medical College etc are hospital tie-ups that will provide internships, training, and posting. Recently we had our dissection practical in Akash Medical College.
Campus life is not at all satisfactory since the college and premises are very strict, considering the students and IT professionals's safety a lot of restrictions are there. But it's something very much awkward for a college. Infrastructure, club activities everything else have been good since recently YENOTSAV 2024 was conducted which was a massive success. The hostel is very poor and it needs to be improved. I don't even recommend anyone to be in their hostels. The hostel mate classmates of mine are utterly disappointed. The college cafeteria is superb and provides both South Indian and North Indian foods. The cafeteria has a great atmosphere and vibe
For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc, shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students
The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.
the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.
I got placed in a company called Glory Infinity Private Limited, there other offers from The math school infosys ultratech every student had multiple offers from company. Not A very high packages but good opportunities
The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum
The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.
All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
