Likes
- Infrastructure - Infrastructure is good according to the number of students. Facilities are available which are required. Classrooms are good, lighting is good in classes. Classrooms are spacious.
- Laboratories - Good laboratories and library is there. The systems are good in our department labs. Internet connectivity is there,for students to work and to study.
- Supportive faculties - Faculties are supportive as they guide you to what to do and what not to do. Faculties helps you if you have any issues regarding studies.
Dislikes
- Placement issues - Placement opportunities are less,which needs to be improve. Companies visiting are not offering good packages and terms and conditions.
- Extra curricular activities - Sports and other extra curricular activities are less,sports equipments are not there in much amount. Sports activities are also not conducted on regular basis.
- Semester duration - Semester duration is not fixed,it can varies from semester to semester. Sometimes they are to big, sometimes they are completed in very less time,leads to lots of pressure on students.
Remarks :
I got to know about this college through my friend, who was studying at this college already. The college is affiliated with VTU University which is a good University, so it was the main reason to take admission in this college. Apart from that the fees were less compared to other private colleges. The college has good infrastructure and supportive faculties. Placement opportunities are less, extra curricular activities are also less. I was admission to this through management quota, so I don't have to take any exams, just based on my 12th marks they took my admission. Other than management quota, two exams are available, CET for state students and Comedk for out-of-state students. Students coming through CET usually have lower fees as compared to students coming through Comedk availing of same state benefits. Normally cutoff of CET is around 40000-50000 for this college, to get into computer science or other branches. Tuition fees for management quota and Comedk students are more compared to CET students.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course because of the high demand for this course nowadays. As we all know artificial intelligence is booming day by day. The course curriculum is the same as computer science for the first 5 semesters after that, some subjects are different, the overall course curriculum is good, but we some subjects which are not important we have to study those also. Faculties are highly qualified and they are very supportive and provide good mentorship. Teaching quality is not fixed, it is not that good for all the subjects. Teaching methods are good, but sometimes the quality declines in some subjects like programming subjects. Term exams are mostly conducted on time for around 1 month for each semester. Sometimes the fixed timings of exams which are announced at the start of the semester change to 10-20 days. Difficulty level is normally moderate or easy for most of the subjects. Tuition fee is fixed for 4 years but extra charges like exam fees, and skill lab fees can change according to the university policies.
Internships Opportunities :
No, I didn't opt for any internship till now. I'm trying to find some good opportunities for internships but have not been able to get any. Internship opportunities are normally less available nowadays, also through college it is not available.
Placement Experience :
Placement and job opportunities are there but in less amount. As a third-tier college, the campus visits of companies are less compared to other bigger colleges. Companies which are conducting placement exams at all India levels gave opportunities to our college students also, to take part in those exams through placement cells. Companies like justpay,soti,myways. ai, BIT, and the first American to visit our college or hire through the online examination process. Around 20-30 per cent of students are placed, but that number can also be less sometimes. The highest offer is around 5-6 lakhs and the average is around 3-4 lakhs. Most of the students didn't get placed either due to fewer opportunities or fewer skills. My plans are also to get a job in the technology field during my degree only through campus placements or as soon as possible after my degree.
Campus Life :
Campus life is between good and okay. Social life is good, it is an open campus so we can go anywhere during college time, and spend time with our friends. Social clubs are not there yet, infrastructure is good according to the number of students. Facilities are available like washrooms, drinking water, a library, and good internet connectivity. Books are available for students related to their course, otherwise online library is also available. Fest is conducted once a year, named Shriutsav, around June. Sports and extracurricular activities are also conducted during the fest only. You can take part in inter/intra University sports competitions. Hostel and mess is available for students. But the girl's hostel is outside the campus, about half a kilometre from the college. Overall charges are 60000 for the hostel and mess per year. The food quality is not that good, but it is okay. The menu is good but the taste is not upto that mark. The menu contains mostly vegetarian food.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement

Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

Placement Experience :
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.

We do see companies and lot of posters inside campus of placements Cgpa with above 8 are dligible for placements here and usually 4th year students are eligible Student named abhinav choudry was offered 52LPA last year from AIML and by company called AMD And in 2020 someone got placed 45lpa from amazon 52lpa was the highest here And the average for my course is around 6-7 lpa Percentage of students getting placed is around 65-80% rest do degree or may not be placed My plan is do m tech after getting degree here
