Remarks :
Yenepoya Medical College is the best in Mangalore For medicals as well as non-members. They have every course for anyone who has opted for science as well as commerce. I'm in 3rd year now and it's been a good journey as of now. I have got admission through an agent and you can get through the other way too. My home is a couple hours from the college but still, I opted hostel. To experience hostel life with friends. It's kind of cool. But sometimes food can be a challenge. But who has the perfect hostel food? We prefer not to complain much. Laundry services are available, study rooms, free transport, library access, everything under one roof maybe. You get to have so many cool professors, faculties lab techs, etc. it's situated in Derlakatte, and that's a very cool place where there are so many options for food. I'm personally a foodie so that means a lot to me. Nearby there are around 4 other universities but Yenepoya is always the best. students from so many places are here
Course Curriculum Overview :
I had no idea I would be a doctor! But here I am. After NEET, I got into yenepoya and it was the best decision in my life. The cost to study in Yenepoya is somewhere around 1 crore. We get iPad uniforms aprons etc. We get to use the labs library class everything around.
Internships Opportunities :
Internships are done for 1 year in our college. They give postings on Yenepoya Medical College and a few other colleges. It's a pretty good exposure to a beginner. Dealing with so many different patients as well as different conditions is a good take.
Placement Experience :
Placements are not offered since we all know that no PF MBBS graduates are like ants nowadays. But job opportunities are not that low. Maybe somewhere I don't know where to be exact but I'm pretty sure there will not be any turndowns on MBBS graduates.
Campus Life :
The infrastructure is the only reason why I considered yenepoya in the first place. It's amazing. The view the buildings the nature the surroundings everything is just to die for! It's great how we have so much around us just to relax and to look at. Soccer ground, water fountain, cafe aesthetic rain there! Everything is just so cool

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
