- Among the branches of Amrita, the campus at Amritapuri was the largest and spacious one. The infrastructures of my college was top class with all facilities including a massive library, qualified faculties and I feel grateful to have such a good campus life that anyone would ask for.
Dislikes
- I only feel a dissatisfaction with the fees structure. Because it was a huge amount that ordinary people can't afford.
Remarks :
Because Amrita provides placement for students during the course period. I had an interview before admission and I prepared thoroughly by practicing enough. I only had one round of interviews. They were a 5-panel desk and had questions regarding my subject and projects done.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I love Literature and I had done a Bachelor's degree in English literature and language. Thus, I wanted to complete a Master's in literature too. All my faculty had PG qualifications and passed NET which is the basic criteria for a college professor. It was during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the teaching was completely online mode. The exam was online and it was a little bit tough for each term's exam, we had viva voice too. Regarding the fees, it was something difficult to afford for a middle-class student. But, the facilities and placements provided by them are very helpful and is not present in many other colleges.
Internships Opportunities :
We got entrepreneurship opportunities and innovations in space technology. AYUDH Amritapuri in collaboration with ISRO, Laghu Udyog Bharati, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, and Institution Innovation Council- Amritapuri Campus is organizing this half-day workshop titled “Space Tech – Innovation and Entrepreneurship”. Several Film and media workshops have been launched on our campus.
Placement Experience :
There are umpteen placement opportunities provided by the campus. After completing the graduation we can join through walk-in interviews with many of the prestigious companies like Google, UNICEF, Federal Bank, TCS, Indian School, and so on. 75% of the students got placements. After my graduation I had done a complete course on Vallaths TES and worked in a college for 6 months. Thus, I am Preparing for UGC NET and looking forward to my PhD admission.
Campus Life :
Because of COVID-19, I only got and opportunity to go and experience my campus only in the last semester. But Amrita is very famous for its programs like Vidyut and many international conferences. In all activities, we can see the engagement of students from various departments thus enriching the social atmosphere. We formed several clubs during the pandemic periods and have conducted several programmes online. So that students had an opportunity to mingle each other thus making them feel relaxed and feel like offline. We also gpt an opportunity to publish a paper in a recognised journal.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech.There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary

Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty

Minimum criteria for placement is for a student with minimum arrears.Even though supply there if you have skill then you will be placed .Amal Jyothi has a better placement compared to other college and is very good
