I am from B.Tech CSIT. The eligibility is 55% above(Sci). You may have your MHT-CET/JEE MAINS scores with you. There is an Examination called the Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET). It costs about 500Rs for the Application form for this exam. There is no such Reservation policy in this college. Good Aspect: Various Specializations in this college are needed by industry.
In B.Tech CSIT Cyber Security the course curriculum is brilliant, up to industry standards. It is made by industry Professionals for Skill based Education. The faculty are Well-educated (PhD's). There are 3 Unit tests in 1 semester (25 marks each). at the end of the semester, there is an End Sem Exam.
No stipends are provided by the companies. I have worked with CyberVidyapeeth and eSecurify. My role was as a Cyber Security Analyst. The internship is for 2 months. We have to perform a project & submit it to the college and an external person for viva for Evaluation purposes. The internship contains of 200marks
The placement Cell is very Good. Many companies are visiting the college to hire students. The college also provides a yearly internship for the student to gain industry-based knowledge for better placement. I have worked with companies like CyberVidyapeeth, and eSecurify.
Campus life is Awesome. There is an anti-ragging policy. There are various events conducted by the college EG: Saksham. The college also celebrates all its days. There is also a library which contains Various Books from all the Departments. Digital Books are also available there. The class room contains 6 fans for good ventilation. A projector for the faculty to teach. There are also specialized labs for Practical Knowledge. Turfs are available for students to play. Hostel services are also provided by the college. There are plenty of Rooms for rent nearby the college& various PGs.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
