The main factor that I have chosen this college is its reputation and the courses which they provide with scholarship facilities, the admission process is simple as we have to do provisional admission and all the remaining work will be done by the college admission staff, there are 3 cap rounds on which the admission is based, one of the reasons I have chosen this college is that we don't have to give any entrance exam
The reason to choose this course is the syllabus in which all the important subjects are being covered which are mostly demanding nowadays in the IT industry, there are 2 internal exams which are known as sectionals and are very simple I'll give 5 out of 10 to the difficulty level to sectional exams, there are scholarships based on cast division, I got EBC scholarship
The name of the company was IANT, I joined that company for my Python internship but didn't get any stipends, the only thing I got was a certificate and some experience which is not helpful enough in the real IT industry environment
The college provides paid internships in 4th semester of the course and there are no placements right now in college which is very bad as there are no opportunities to get placed or get a job even after completing the course with good grades
The campus is big and good, I'll give poor feedback on social life and gatherings at college as there were no such social activities in the past 3 years which is very disturbing, there are no college hostels but are nearby available
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
