- In our college infrastructure I like it having green around campus and beautiful building, campus life was best ,faculty are also friendly.
- Canteen and hostel food are good and tasty ,college transportation facility was amazing.
Dislikes
- Some network issues and some classrooms are need to be repaired.
- Some faculties like security and guard are worst behavior that's it.
Remarks :
In davanagere one of the best engineering colleges and it is in my native place they have placements and transportation facilities and also nice faculties compared to other colleges fee structure was Good I joined through a management seat early so I didn't pay a donation for college only fee.
Course Curriculum Overview :
India will be a semiconductor hub in the future a lot of demand for ECE courses that's why I chose ECE. The teaching faculty was good when however how many times asked the doubts they answered. The teaching method was fast to catch for average students. The term was only 3 or 4 months that's it in vtu 6 months they mentioned but in our college, almost all colleges are 3 to 4 months. The fee was 2 lakh for ece,cse,ise and the rest of the branches are 1.5 lakh additional they charge for all types of programs.
Internships Opportunities :
Companies are offered for our college students Companies like TCS, tech Mahindra, Accenture, Bosch, etc have a good package for students. I don't know about projects because I was new to college that's why I don't know.
Placement Experience :
For our college placements are there to eligible you have to score 7.5 above cgpa most recruited companies visit our college like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Maruti Suzuki, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, etc. Our college students in ECE branch have achieved the highest package 14.5 lakh/annum and the average package around 3 to 5 lakh/annum. I want to join the semiconductor-related industry for my future career after my degree.
Campus Life :
The GMIT annual program was held in April or May this program's name was the Mallika event this was the no.1 event in Davanagere compared according to engineering colleges. In Davanagere our college only has high-facility digital library books available offline or online mode also. Our classrooms are digital all classrooms have screens or smart TVs. Our college has sports and cultural activities. Our college technical program also called sukalpa a state-level program. The hostel was worth the food quality was the best hostel fee for 1 student was 1 lakh per year. Hostel no need means option for outside room and pg available.

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

Eligibility for the placements is 7+ cgpa if you have higher cgpa higher the chances of you getting shortlisted for the interview and it will be easy for you Recuriters visited Cisco,Visa,Emerson,NetApp and many more for the internships and full time Highest package is 56 LPA and average package will be around 10 LPA for the computer science and Engineering for other branches it may vary
