- Infrastructure: The infrastructure is still developing, which might lack some advanced facilities compared to older institutions.
- Transportation: iiitkota campus is far from the main city nearly 13km so for the basic needs you have to travel 12-13kms which is time consuming and the locality is boring nothing to see there.
Remarks :
I chose IIITKOTA because of my branch preference CSE and I was easily getting it there no quotas were applied for me I was selected in general-neutral because my rank In jee mains was 34702 so I got into it with the computer science branch. It is a decent college placement stats are also getting better year by year good companies often visit for the placements. So now if we talk about how to get into the college it's on your main rank Female quotas are there, category quotas are there, cutoffs have been dropped this year for category students they can easily get into CSE despite of their upto lakh rank and for general students, some 30-40k rank would let you in CSE otherwise ECE and also this year new branch is there AI so you all can choose that too according to your preference.

I heard that btech is no one here for academics and placements for women so its worth it. There are lots of sports opportunities wherever you want you can achieve like horse riding squash etc. theres aviation as well for the girls to fly and achieve their dreams

You just have to be a student of last year for applying in internship programs and placements. You have to master any skill and then you can get placement. Many small companies helds campaigns in the university and appoint students for job. The average package is around 20-30 per annum. The highest is around 40 to 50 lakh and lowest is around 10 to 20 lakh per annum. 60% of students gets placement in companies . My plans after getting the degree are to master a skill and then apply for a job in a well known company.

There is no campus placement here. Students who passed out from here some are finding jobs, some had their good family business and just wanted to get a degree and some started their own startup. College don't provide you any future security.
