The college has a high reputation and it made me choose this college. The staff is excellent and the timings for classes are very good. Our classes start from 8 to around noon so convenient for me as I can do my extra important activities throughout the day, I didn’t do any interviews or any other stuff because I enrolled through the NRI Kota.
There are a lot of courses in the college Where the students have a lot of options and I chose the course because my father recommended it and usually the cost per year is like 1 to 2 lakhs if you don’t include the hostel and stuff and the exams happen every month or two months depends on the course and Exam difficulties are hard.
I tried for internships, but I haven’t got anything yet because I think the company rejected me, I have a lot of friends who got interviews and also got jobs but most of the time it’s not easy to go to internships because the traffic in Bangalore so travelling expenses are going to be a problem if you have internship and time also because I’m the car privacy or a project and to maintain internship and college life and college life.
From the senior, I heard that the placements are very good in this college, but I have personally not experienced anything because I am just in the second year, but maybe the third year. I might experience the placements of college, but I’m not sure yet, as per what I heard from the seniors, the placements are really good, but you have to work for it.
Life on campus is kind of boring. It’s hard to find friends there because they already have a group formed formed in their PUC and we are like outsiders to them. So takes time to make friends for me. I I don’t get time for the stuff because I have work to do.
I had opted in a hostel for first year, but I recommend anyone to take anything else in hostel because some hosts cost a lot of money and will still provide a bad food so I expect people to have bad food if you’re living in the hostel, so I recommend you guys to take a PG and infrastructure stuff must depends on the monthly rent. The hostel I lived in was Mojo. It was provided by the college itself, and it was not that good and the photos of horrible and it was very expensive like around 20,000 a month, so I recommend to do a lot of research on hostels and PG or in a flat before you guys choose one, but I can. I can say this that most of the hostels and PG will provide bad food so expect good food.
For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc, shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students
The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.
the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.
I got placed in a company called Glory Infinity Private Limited, there other offers from The math school infosys ultratech every student had multiple offers from company. Not A very high packages but good opportunities
The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum
The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.
All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
