Remarks :
I got admission on my merit. There is not test required for admission in bba just minimum 12th percentage should be more than 45%. Admission process is very smooth. Admission incharge are very helpful and efficient in their work.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because it is a good course if you want to pursue an MBA or go into any government or civil services this helps in management and the course subjects are very enriching. Faculty of every department is good except finance there is always been a shortage of finance teachers in this college if you are thinking of taking finance as a specialization but if you are taking hr and marketing as a specialization faculty is excellent in their work and gives quality knowledge to students with practical approach and frequent company or industrial visits.
Internships Opportunities :
There is internship guidance from college but from 2nd year in 1st year, you have to find an internship from Internshala. There are many tasks in an internship like sales, telecalling, and data entry.
Placement Experience :
Eligibility criteria for placement is there is 75% in your academics in college and good interpersonal and communication skills which the college prepares you for by engaging you in different activities. A few recruiters who visited are HCL, cognizant, Infosys, Tata motors, by us, security, etc, and many more. The highest package for a bba fresher or a second-year student was 500000 LPA and the role was business development executive. The average package was 300000LPA as an operations executive.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
As per batch 2019-2022, my fees were per semester 31000 tuition fees, 5000 registration fees one time, library &wifi 5000, uniform fees of 11000, and sports and other miscellaneous fees 5000 because of my merit I got a 15000 scholarship. Every semester fee amount decreases from 1st year to 3rd year. There are Uttrakhand resident concessions if you have domicile and merit scholarships and other scholarships.
Campus Life :
Campus life is very engaging and interactive. There is an annual fest in December or January with celebrities. Annual functions where the achievements of students are appreciated and they are awarded there are ample books and discipline in the library. Every sport is played in this college and they even play at inter-college sports competitions and state or district-level competitions. there is a entrepreneurs club which is handled by students who have their startups and help students to become entrepreneurs.
Hostel Facilities :
The food quality and menu are good with a wide range of different cuisines of different states as students are from all over India and even from Nepal and Bhutan are in colleges. Hostel fees are 80000 per year. Some students also live in PG or rented rooms near college or in Selaqui or Sahaspur

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
