- the college social life is what i enjoy the most, the number of clubs and the buzzing campus life is something i enjoy.
- The faculty being that approachable and always being available helps alot in making decisions.
Dislikes
- One thing Krea could improve is the placement opportunities.
- The transport to and fro chennai was said to be handled by college however it hasnt been implemented yet.
Remarks :
The factors that made me choose Krea include the freedom to choose the courses, the faculty, and the admission process. The candidates are chosen based on an interview that is based on the essay that they submit for admission.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculty is very highly experienced and they are very approachable. the course curriculum is designed in such a way that students get a glimpse of the real world instead of staying in the college bubble. there is a lot of fieldwork and hands-on experience.
Internships Opportunities :
I have done an internship as a digital marketing intern at Niraamaya retreats personally. Korea doesn't offer internships but encourages you to look for your internships in year 1, They start offering internships from year 2 onwards.
Placement Experience :
There are no placements provided for students in SIAS however BBA has placements, in the next couple of years, however, there might be placements. They however have great opportunities to get in touch with companies and other colleges for further studies.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The total fee is 11,00,000 per year which is paid in installments for each trimester where the tuition fee is 2,80,000 and the living fee is 75,000 for the 2nd trimester and 60,000 for the third trimester.
Campus Life :
Campus life in Krea is very enjoyable as there are multiple sports, clubs, and events that take place throughout the year. Each festival is celebrated with great joy and there are multiple social events.
Hostel Facilities :
Krea is a fully residential campus with great accommodations. Each room has an AC and individual bathrooms. The mess food is good most days. They might also come up with gender-neutral housing in a couple of years.

Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.

The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.

Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.

The average annual hostel fee is around Rs. 48,000 per student (or roughly Rs. 3,000 - 4,000 per month.The campus offers separate hostels for boys and girls with furnished rooms. Students note that the rooms are kept tidy, well-lit, and offer options for both single and shared occupancy.

In my college,the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.
Good infrastructure but needs better faculty.
Placement Experience :
Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.

Placement Experience :
Students generally are eligible for placements after completion of 3rd year. Top companies like amazon, Accenture, Infosys, paypal, TCS, etc offered placements last year with offers in range of 5-15 . Highest package is 44 LPA and average package is 9 LPA. Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.
