- The best thing about this college is it in main city area make it easily accessible for everything.
- Infrastructures are well developed, also for sports enthusiasts students there are indoor badminton and table tennis court, basketball court and a common ground .
- Faculty are well qualified and many world level scientists are also available in the campus and they always welcomes our doubts and be interactive.
- Talking about campus life , if oneself is taking parts in events will surely enjoy their campus life.
Dislikes
- The thing i dislike about campus size is its size but for that also we are soon going to have a new campus with much bigger space.
- Infrastructures are well developed but are old fashioned.
Remarks :
It is one of the best colleges in Bihar state also it's an NIT in mainland India which makes it easily accessible, the major point is the location of the campus it is situated inside of the city, not the outskirts. No interviews are taken but a written test(JEE-MAINS) is taken for admission to BTech.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well quite good as it is by the NEP(New Education Policy) the course helps you develop overall good knowledge about your domain and also provides a year which is the last year in which you don't have classes to attend and you can easily make yourself ready for placement and all.
Internships Opportunities :
The training and placement cell provides internships for the penultimate year candidates and companies keenly provide internships with stipends, the selection process is similar to the selection process for company placement.
Placement Experience :
The training and placement cell will try to provide the best campus placement available, almost all the candidates who apply and are eligible for placement get placed in decent companies, the companies start reaching the college as soon as the placement season begins so if you are keen towards your learning it is easy for you to get placed in decent company.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure is the basis of every semester, and the fee should be paid in each semester. All the details are by the semester. Tuition fees-62500. Maintainance and exam fee- 5000. Caution fees-25000(first semester). Rebate on fees will be provided based on your category and family income. If income is between 1 lakh to 5 lakh 2/3rd of the tuition fees get reduced. If you are from the SC/ST category or/and you have a family income of less than 1 lakh, no tuition fees are taken, if staying in a hostel it is compulsory to opt for a hostel mess.
Campus Life :
However the campus is small in size but a new campus is going to be built for NIT Patna which is larger, talking about clubs and infrastructure, almost all the clubs are active clubs that organize events throughout the year. For the present campus, all the infrastructure is well-built for all domains.
Hostel Facilities :
Yes, I have opted for a hostel, the hostel fee is around 29000 per semester inclusive of mess charges, you have to apply for a hostel in the HMC office to get allotted a hostel. The mess is a vegetarian but one can also eat non-veg or other items which are paid through a coupons system that is provided in the mess itself. Well, the good is good enough to eat and also have some varieties.

Placement Experience :
Placements for Mechatronics and Automation are average. Mostly service based and few automation or manufacturing companies visit the campus. Eligibility for placements is usually 60% aggregate with no backlogs. Some recruiters offer roles like graduate trainee, automation trainee and quality roles. Core branch offers are limited. Highest and average package is moderate and depends on company and role. Around 80% students get placed through campus. After completing my degree, I plan to improve my skills, do certifications and try for off-campus jobs in core automation field or go for higher studies.

faculty elected through Bihar government exam. their teacher method is really poor. one mid term exam including of attendance mark and project marks and one external exam 70 marks.exam level is not much difficult.

In BCA department placement are very good for students . Many companies like TCS , mahindra , wipro , and many local companies come in our campus for placement cell for students . Average package is around 4 lacs and maximum package is around 10 lacs in BCA department.

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is quite outdated. 75% attendance is mandatory to give exams. Faculties are overall good and supportive in ECE branch. Every faculty is well qualified,most of them are phd degree holders or pursuing PhD from a reputed institute like IIT,NITs. End semester Exams occur every 5-6 months.And mid term is held between the semesters. ( One mid term each semester).Exams are quite difficult as it is not an autonomous University.End semester copy checking is not done properly. Improper markings are given to few students.

The placement of collage is good as compare to other private collage in Bihar. The year student will appear for placement and sit. So many recruiter are visited our collage like TCS, Wipro , Accenture , Bajaj , Tech Mahindra , and Americana. Near about 500 offer and students get multiple jobs whose percentage is 30. The highest package is 11 lakh as Associate engineer in Americana. The average is 3.6 lakh for data analyst. Near about 80 student get placed in campus of our collage. I want continue my study and complete my master from NIT.
