The admission process is really simple ( through JEE ) and no test is taken other than that. If you are General category and belong to delhi you can get CSE with a rank of 1,50,000 easily I've seen some Sc/St students who have a rank of 4,00,000 ( Delhi ) and have Cse. For IT you need a rank of 2,50,000 ( again Delhi). I joined this college because of the reviews that placements in this college were improving each year
The course Curriculum here is a bit complex and a real mess but at the end of the day you can find each subject ( topic ) on YouTube Faculties vary subject to subject. Some faculties are really good here while others just change and change. Each semester you have 2 exams ( mid-term and sessional ) Both are easy and one can score 25+/30 by studying for one week.
Well the fees vary year by year ( increases ) For the freshers in 2022, the fee was 1,36,700 and you have to pay it all together at the beginning of the year In the second year, it was 1,29,700 Third year - 1,30,800 Fourth year - will be approx 1,25,000 The fee for 2023 freshers was 1,44,000 And this year (2024) it is 1,50,000 The fees for all the branches are the same.
The best thing about ADGIPS is its infrastructure and it's a crowd Love the crowd here, the people are very friendly ( every college has some wanna-be goons) The library here has all the books that you need to earn 9+ cgpa although I never read any of them People here are indulged in sports and extracurriculars rather than studies. There are clubs like music, dance, coding, debate, theatre, band etc etc.
The canteen on the campus is okay I'd say 7.5/10 ( try the paneer roll The menu is what every college serves from chai to chilli potato Fun fact - the college does not have a hostel The people stay in pg ( for boys the pages are at walking distance also you can take a distant pg Usually, girls opt for a PG near GTB Nagar ( 3-4 metro stations from college

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
