Anand Agricultural University or AAU is established in 2004 with the support of the Government of Gujarat and is located in Anand. The university offers B. Tech and PG courses including MBA.   • Eligibility for specialization Under BTech: Passed 12th with a minimum 40% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Specialization subjects are Food Technology, Agricultural Engineering, Dairy Science, and Agricultural Information Technology
  • Eligibility for specialization Under BSc: Passed 12th with minimum 40% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
  • Eligibility for Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (BVSc & AH) course: Passed 12th with Minimum 50% aggregate with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics

Please note that BVSc and AH courses need a five-and-a-half years duration.

  1. Eligibility for Specialization under MTech: Minimum OGPA of 6.00 for General and 5.50 for SEBC/ SC /ST /PC or its equivalent aggregate in BTech in any specialization that is mentioned above in Under Graduates courses
  2. Eligibility for MSc, MVSc (Master of Veterinary Science), and MBA
  3. For MSc Agriculture/Horticulture- BSc in Agriculture/Horticulture from a recognized university
  4. For MVSc Veterinary Science- Graduation in Veterinary Science from a standard/recognized university
  5. For MBA Agribusiness Management-Graduate in Agriculture or Allied Sciences with a minimum OGPA of 6.0/10.00 or its equivalent aggregate from a standard/recognized university

The Ph.D. courses are processed through GSAUCA. Ph.D. specialization includes the following subjects:
