College of agriculture, anand agriculture University,jabugam campus Life and review .

What I Liked

Our college has good infrastructure and all essential equipment for this course available .with good land available for practical exposure in agriculture field .
Campus Life is good with all events regular arranged by student representative council.

What I didn’t like

I see there is lack of quality faculty in this college. less focus on field education
Our subcampus has not availablity of certain equipment and material and laboratory required for this course..

Placement Experience:

College have seprate placement cell which is focusing on placement and job and you can easily get good job from private industry like pesticides fertilizer industry and salary vary from 2L-6L annum ...

Internships Opportunities:

College do not have such internship program running in this course but you can get good exposure to practical by rural awareness work experience (rawe) program in 7 th sem of your college .. where you have given AIA attachment and village phase attachment.

What I Liked

Campus life is awesome playground GYM Library garden canteen everything is just great
Infrastructure is just great all department is big enough to every facilities far away That enough research land

Placement Experience:

Yes there is on campus placement is available through many students prefer off-campus placements Off-campus placement Privet ( many options with 12k - 60k salary per month with different post Recruitment through exams ) Gov ( 30k-90k per month after clearing exams like AO, AFO, NABARD, GPSC ...)

What I Liked

The infrastructure is really beautiful like any other private colleges where you are charged in lacs
Faculties are highly qualified and they take classes on time and complete syllabus as well

What I didn’t like

Only thing I don't like is they start class early 8 a.m ,so we have to leave our hostel at 7:30 am to reach college on time and classes lasts till 5p.m
Campus life: For boys, curfew time is 10 p.m which is okay For girls , it's 7p.m and they can't step out of their hostels without permission of their warden

Placement Experience:

In the Nirf report our college has reported a ctc of 4.9 lpa and one can expect a salary of around 25-40k/month. Here most of the students are not interested in doing jobs as they come from business families. So they prefer family business. Well I chose this degree because I wanted to do an MBA IN agribusiness for specific reasons If you are looking for placement in agricultural allied courses then B.TECH dairy technology can be the best course for you

Internships Opportunities:

In the 8th semester, all the students go for compulsory industrial tours and training. sometimes it's paid and sometimes it's for certificates only provided by companies like Parle, Coca-Cola,amul, and other companies
