At the undergraduate level, CEPT University offers B.Arch, B.Des {Hons.}, B.Tech (Hons.) Civil Engineering, and the Bachelor of Urban Design. B.Arch is a 5-year program with 120 seats. CEPT University directly fills 90 seats in the All India Category, while the Admission Committee for Professional Courses, Government of Gujarat, allocates the remaining 30 seats. The merit calculation combines Class 12 marks with the applicant's NATA score.

Who Can Apply for B.Arch?

B.Arch applicants must meet the Council of Architecture requirements listed below:

• They must pass 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, together with Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering Graphics, Business Studies, a Technical Vocational Subject, or an equivalent subject.
• The qualifying examination must be completed with at least 45% aggregate marks.
• Alternatively, applicants may pass a 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics as a compulsory subject and a minimum aggregate of 45%.
• A valid NATA score for the relevant admission year is compulsory.
• Every subject must be passed through one education board.
• Students from foreign boards need AIU equivalence and must also meet Council of Architecture norms.

How B.Arch Applicants Are Selected

For the All India Category merit list, CEPT University assigns equal importance to the qualifying examination and NATA:

• Class 12 or equivalent aggregate marks carry 50% weightage.
• The valid NATA score carries the remaining 50% weightage.

Offers follow the order of merit and are sent to the registered email addresses of selected applicants. A student must accept the offer and pay the required fee within the stated time to confirm admission.

B.Arch Seat Allocation 2026

• 75% of seats, or 90 seats: CEPT University fills these All India Category seats directly through NATA-based merit.
• 25% of seats, or 30 seats: ACPC, Government of Gujarat, fills these seats under the state admission rules.

Applicants from Gujarat may seek admission through both the CEPT University route and ACPC.
