Established in 2009, the National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU) is a state university situated in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. NFSU provides M.Sc., MS, Integrated MS, M.Phil, Ph.D., PG Diploma, and MBA programs. In addition to these core courses, the university also offers M.Tech in specific specializations, Post Basic Diploma, Professional Diploma, and M.Pharm programs.

The University offers M.Sc. in Forensic Odontology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Forensic Nanotechnology, etc and PG Diploma in Cyberpsychology, Humanitarian Forensics, Fingerprint Science, etc. Admission to these courses is based on the NFSU Entrance Exam 2024 called as NFAT. While, CLAT exam is accepted for admission in LLB at ​NFSU. NFSU MS Admission 2024

NFSU offers MS for 2 years in Forensic Pharmacy, Forensic Nanotechnology, Environmental Science, Forensic Pharmacy for In-Service Personnel etc. It also offers Integrated MS in MS Ph.D Forensic Nanotechnology (dual degree) and MS Environmental Management & MS Environmental Science.

NFSU M.Phil & Ph.D. Admission 2024

NFSU Admission will be based on the performance in the Entrance Test (NFAT -2023). Here, 90% Weightage ie, 90 marks will be given for entrance scores and 10% weightage ie,10 marks will be given to interview conducted by the National Forensic Sciences University.

  1. Click on the "Apply Now" button, and an Important Information Pop-up will appear. Read the information carefully, then click on the checkbox indicating agreement to the terms and conditions. After agreeing, click on the "AGREE & CONTINUE" button. This action opens the admission form where candidates need to update their personal and academic details. 
  • Step 1: Personal Information. Fill in the required details and proceed to the next step by clicking on the "NEXT" button.
  • Step 2: Provide your Communication Address. If your correspondence and permanent addresses are the same, click on the "YES" button. Otherwise, enter both addresses and click on the "NEXT" button.
  • Step 3: Enter your education qualification details. If you have taken any special exams, select the relevant exam and provide the details if applicable.
  • Step 4: Upload the required documents for information and eligibility criteria. Click on the "NEXT" button to proceed. Upon clicking "NEXT," the website displays a preview, allowing you to download the application form in PDF format. Close the pop-up after previewing the form. The payment details corresponding to your selected course will then be shown.
  • Step 5: Click on the "MAKE PAYMENT" button to be redirected to the payment gateway page. Choose the UPI option for payment and enter your UPI details. Click on the "Verify" button, and your full name as per the bank record will be displayed. Click on the "Pay" button. After payment, check your UPI applications for the payment request confirmation. The website will show that your fees have been received successfully, providing you with a reference number for future reference.

NFSU Admission 2024: FAQs

Ques: What is the syllabus for NFSU entrance exam for admission to M.Phil in Clinical Psychology?

Ans: NFSU Entrance exam syllabus consists of 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) of 100 marks. For each incorrect answer, there would be 0.25 negative marking. Then, the selected eligible candidates will be called for an interview based on the merit of the entrance test for 10 marks of interview by an interview panel of the experts. 

Ques:  Who is eligible for NFSU? 

Ans:  The primary eligibility criteria for admission is to have a minimum of 60 percent in the 12th standard and 55-60 percent in graduation.
