Navrachana University B. Des Admission 2024

The University offers a 4-year B.Des in Interior design. The details about the eligibility and selection criteria are mentioned below:

Eligibility criteria

Candidates must have completed 10+2 in any stream
They must have scored at least 50%
Candidates who passed 10+3 diploma exam and must have scored minimum 50% are also eligible to apply

Selection criteria:

For admission in B. Des, the university conducts SEDA common entrance exam along with Personal Interview.

Navrachana University BArch Admissions 2024

Arch offered by the University is a five-year full-time course with an intake capacity of 40.

Eligibility criteria:

Candidates must have completed 10+2 with PCM
Candidates who have passed the 10+3 Diploma exam with Maths as mandatory subject can also apply along with a valid NATA score.

Selection criteria:

For selection in B. Arch program, 30% of seats are filled through ACPC and 10% of seats through management/NRI.

Candidate must have completed 10+2 with science stream
They must have scored at least 45% marks at 10+2 level

Selection criteria

For admission in BSc, candidates are required to appear for interaction with experts of the respective Faculty. For BBA, BBA LLB and BA Journalism & Mass Communication and BEd, written aptitude test along with personal interview are conducted for selection of candidates. BLAD admissions are done through SEDA, an in-house entrance exam followed by Personal Interview.

The University offers a 2 year MBA program in Marketing, Finance, OB and HRM, Operations and Strategic Management

Candidates must have completed a bachelor’s degree in any stream

The thrilled life of college

What I Liked

The infrastructure is very specious and innovative. The campus is very eco friendly and you could many tress . The basket ground is huge so we even do all the concerts and programs over there for the entertainment.
The faculty is very polite and is ready to help you whenever your in difficulty , they will guide you in every way possible and would encourage you to do different kinds of things .

What I didn’t like

The first thing I dislike about the campus is that there is lot of bunking happening in the college . The student's are not behaved well .
The second thing is wheneveyany student in fail in end sem they have to give 3000 for the re exam which is a huge amount to pay .

Remarks:

The college is good for placements and other activities, we did had a discussion with our teachers about all the colleges we should apply and this was more good , compared to other colleges . We had a online test for the selection criteria and if you are pass in that you have to clear the interview round . I prepared for this round by studying through a BBA book .

Navrachana University Vadodara Design Course Pros and Cons

What I Liked

Faculty here is really friendly like whenever I go to them to ask for any fever or any doubt they quickly address it
Infrastructure of the college is really great and is designed by really great architect

What I didn’t like

The campus is a bit small, so that’s a bit of issue.
I really miss the large scale events here

Remarks:

so, I chose this college mainly because it was near to my home and many of my friends were here. It is a really great college. It has a really nice and cozy campus. There are many activities going on in campus at all times. For my course there was entrance test, they categorised as a drawing test, and it was followed by an interview with the faculties there in which we also have to show our drawings which were previously made.

What I Liked

The faculty were very strict and professional. They all has atleast 10 years of prior experience
The campus life was great. Sitting with friends , enjoying tasty food in the canteen

What I didn’t like

Sometimes the faculty punished for the wrong reasons which we never did
There is no such thing which i didnt like about the campus

Remarks:

In my city this is the top most college to learn at. For the admission process there was a online mcq test and then a online interview of about 5 mins in which they ask basic computer related questions

Navrachana: A good place for Media Studies?

What I Liked

Good infrastructure, space to sit and chill, or even to work!
Great environment! Quite green and artsy.
Good cultural fests and events happening, must attend!

What I didn’t like

Parking issues, really fewer parking spaces available, also because of too many admissions, creates a huge problem, might get late for a class, if you have an early class or at an hour when there are fewer classes for other courses, you are lucky!
sometimes, the canteen area takes a lot of time to prepare food, cause of a lot of courses getting the break at the same time, plus not getting the space to sit

Remarks:

The overall experience was good, our faculty was helpful, and they guided us at each step. there is an entrance test that happens, although I noticed that for some students it happened but for some, it did not, probably depending on the stage of the admission process, but it is pretty simple, you'll be asked about general topics in media, advertising and cinema and your views, so it's kinda easy. One of the not-so-good things was that they sometimes gave us unrealistic deadlines for submissions, though very understanding, it put us under a lot of pressure so make sure that you do stuff in time!

What I Liked

Academics, the college is more focused on academics
Faculty the faculty have more experience which leads good education

What I didn’t like

Less involvement in sports from college it is there but not same as academics
Less food spots near college there should be good and brand food places

The factors that made me choose the college is Academic Excellence Research Opportunities Industry connections Extracurricular Activities Location Specialized focus No I didn’t face any group discussion, interview, or written tests of admission there were tricky questions but all went smoothly.

What I Liked

I Like Infrastructure of college, as it is always neat and clean and canteen provide best quality food and also there are ac rooms also college has wifi for students.
I like Faculty too all of them are highly educated and they are friendly and not that strict.

What I didn’t like

about infrastructure it is that not all rooms are installed with air conditioner.

Remarks:

The factors that made me choose this college were first my two cousins which are my seniors and they said it is worth getting admission here. and yes for management quota there's interview process here but there's no written test or group discussion. and other factors are that I already visited this college during workshop through school.

The truth be told

What I Liked

The most I like is the open nature of the faculties
Another thing that I like is that the students can come and leave as they please, they don't need a ID card around their necks and they can leave when they want.

What I didn’t like

Attendance being compulsory at 80% and very less consideration for it.
The campus is very small, don't get a proper vibe in the college. Full of toxic people.

Remarks:

The admission process for CSE is pretty easy, you fill out the form on the website, you pay the fees, and boom you are in. At that time there were no criteria for admission to CSE. But now I suppose there has to be 70 percentile + in JEE Mains. The college is A certified by NAAC, is UGC regulated, and holds a good reputation in the city, but not so much in the state. It is the best private university for Architecture students due to which it is famous. In the other fields not so much. The placement for the year that passed just now was the highest 9LPA CTC. One bad thing is that the campus is small and changes in faculty are very high. Due to this, there isn't much consistency in the exam pattern.

What I Liked

I like the most about this college is faculties sometimes they are really helpful and make you learn a lot about the course and help you in your assignments and exams and also what I like the about the college is they are chill with students the faculties try to be your friends and make you feel like home

What I didn’t like

I dislike the infrastructure and campus life of this college it is very small and it is smaller than some schools in Vadodara there are only 2 buildings and no limited parking space inside the campus the campus life is dead you won’t find a good place to chill inside college you will have to go out to enjoy with your friends

Remarks:

My main factor for joining this college was that it is one of the reputed colleges in Vadodara and with its diverse programs we can choose electives from different programs other than BBA and learn about them. It is a good college but the campus is very small and sometimes faculties target you and make you the bad person in front of the dean they charge. 3,000 for the re-examination of one subject and also the management is not very supportive and good the admission process of this college is very simple more than 60% of 12th boards the process of getting admission is divided into 2 rounds first is an examination which is taken within the university and other is interview round if you clear both the round you will get a mail from admission department. Don’t expect much from college and their fest is also not that good you will love to learn here but you won’t get that movie-type feeling from this college other than all this it is a very good college for all the courses.

Remarks:

The admission process for a bachelor in architecture course (B.Arch) is granted by taking the NATA entrance exam, with a minimum 110 score or more out of 200. If you are a students of Gujarat you can apply for the ACPC form which may provide the best college/university for the courses you applied.

What I Liked

Infrastructure— Infrastructure here is so advanced and nice which enchances the vibe.
Canteen— Canteen food here is very nice and feels homely.

What I didn’t like

Campus life— very boring life and parking is always full of vehicles.
Faculty— Faculty here is also very moderate and quite off.

The interview is arranged when you apply through the website. You are being called for an interview where the major questioning will be regarding your field and your past academic career. You must answer them wisely.
