Noida International University Admission Updates
Noida International University (NIU) has opened admission for the 2026-27 undergraduate and postgraduate batch at its Greater Noida campus. Students can apply for courses such as B.Tech and MBA through entrance scores or the university selection route. The application fee is INR 1,100, and selected students must also pay a refundable security deposit of INR 10,000 during seat confirmation.
Admission Update:
- B.Tech and Engineering: Admission for 2026-27 is open. CUET UG counselling applications closed on 7 July 2026. Applications through the direct and JEE route are still open, with limited seats remaining.
- MBA and BBA: Forms are being accepted for the 2026-27 academic year. GD/PI rounds are held on a rolling basis.
- All Other UG and PG Programmes (BCA, B.Pharm, BA LLB, BCA, B.Sc, Nursing): Admission is open. Students can apply at niu.edu.in.
- The application fee is INR 1,100. It is non-refundable and can be paid online through net banking, debit card, credit card, or a digital wallet.
- Students must pay a one-time refundable security deposit of INR 10,000 when they confirm the seat. NIU refunds it after course completion.
- Scholarships are given only on first-year tuition fees. Hostel, transport, and other charges are not included.
- NIU offers MBBS seats through NIIMS (Noida International Institute of Medical Sciences). NEET UG is compulsory for MBBS admission.
- Students must submit transcripts in English or Hindi. Transcripts in any other language need translation, otherwise they are not accepted.
- International applicants can apply through the Chairman Ambassador Global Scholarship programme, which has a USD 13 million fund. They can write to internationaloutreach@niu.edu.in.

NIU UG Admission 2026
NIU offers UG admission in engineering, management, law, pharmacy, sciences, nursing, liberal arts, and allied health courses. Most UG courses need at least 50% marks in Class 12. Students may be selected through merit, CUET UG, CLAT where applicable, JEE Main for B.Tech, or GD/PI.

Key insight: For B.Sc Nursing, NIU requires students to be at least 17 years old at the time of admission. This rule comes from the Indian Nursing Council. A student who becomes 17 after the course starts is not eligible, even with the required marks.
NIU UG Admission Process 2026
B.Tech applicants with JEE Main or CUET UG scores are considered through merit and document verification. Students without those scores can appear for the university GD/PI round. For CUET UG counselling, seats are allotted as per CUET merit and NIU seat availability.
- JEE Main / CUET UG route: Students submit the scorecard with the form. Seat allotment is based on merit after documents are checked.
- Direct route: Students attend a Group Discussion and Personal Interview. NIU considers academic record and GD/PI performance.
- CUET UG counselling route: Students who applied through CUET counselling get seats as per CUET merit and the NIU seat matrix.
- B.Tech CSE (NBA-accredited) and B.Tech AI and ML seats fill faster, so early application helps students get their preferred specialisation.
How to Apply for UG Courses at NIU?
- Go to niu.edu.in/admission-process and select Apply Now.
- Register using your name, email ID, and mobile number.
- Complete the form and upload the needed documents, including Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets, Aadhaar card, and passport photo.
- Pay the non-refundable application fee of INR 1,100 online.
- Upload the JEE Main or CUET UG scorecard if it applies to you, or wait for the admissions team to call you for GD/PI.
- After selection, pay the semester fee to confirm admission. The INR 10,000 security deposit is refundable after course completion.

NIU PG Admission Process 2026
MBA selection at NIU takes place in two stages. First, NIU shortlists students through entrance exam scores or graduation marks. Then shortlisted students attend Group Discussion and Personal Interview at the Greater Noida campus. Final admission depends on combined performance.
- Stage 1, Shortlisting: Students with CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, or GMAT scores are shortlisted by merit. Students without these scores can be considered for direct GD/PI if they have 50% in graduation.
- Stage 2, GD/PI: Shortlisted students attend Group Discussion and Personal Interview. NIU uses the combined result for final selection.
- For MBA Elite, CAT 60th percentile or MAT 75th percentile gives an automatic shortlist. Below this level, students follow the regular GD/PI route.

There are no such factors which you need to pull fill to join the ni you have to pay the fee which they ask and then you get the admission for this there is no return test or any another good discussion or any interview you just have to select a counselor which provided by then are you and then he completed documents and you get the admission after paying the fee.
