IIFT Scholarship is available with a new scholarship initiative that will provide 10% of students with a scholarship equal to 20% of the tuition cost in all "Full-Time\/Regular" batches of degree courses offered by the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. Students also can apply for Scholarships offered by the Government of India and various other organizations.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Given below are the eligibility criteria to apply for the IIFT New Scholarship Scheme Eligibility Criteria:\r\n\r\n

  • The scholarship will be awarded to 10% of the students accepted to normal programs. For all "FullTime\/Regular" courses, such as MBA (International Business), MBA (Business Analytics), M.A (Economics), and IPM, the scholarship amount will be 20% of the tuition cost.\r\n\t
  • The criteria for selection would be based on "means-cum-merit", with 70% weightage given to means and 30% given to merit, total CGPA obtained after completion of the program.\r\n\t
  • The scholarship would be given to students who successfully finish their full-time program at IIFT and have a household income of less than Rs.8 lakh per year from all sources. The top limit of Rs.8 lakhs is subject to change.\r\n\t
  • The scholarship will be awarded to students who successfully complete the MBA (IB), MBA (BA), and MA (Eco.) programs. After completing their BBA and MBA, IPM students will be eligible for the award. If an eligible student receives a comparable or greater scholarship from another source, he will be ineligible. If the scholarship amount is less, the remaining payment is due.\r\n\t
  • If the number of qualifying students exceeds the number of scholarships available in a given batch, students with better marks will be given the scholarship.\r\n\t
  • The New Scholarship Scheme will be implemented beginning with the Academic Year 2023. Students enrolled in the MBA (IB) 2021-23 and MBA (IB) 2022-24 courses will receive the Need-Based Scholarship Scheme rather than the updated scheme.\r\n\t
  • A committee formed of two senior faculty members, the DR\/AR(Acad.), the DFO\/AFO, and a student representative (President\/VP, IMF) will examine and suggest the list of qualified candidates. Each student's score will be determined using the information provided below:\r\n\r\n\r\n

    IIFT Scholarships offered by the Government of India\r\n\r\n

    Students may apply for scholarships from the government of India at both the national and state levels. Complete information on available scholarships and the application procedure can be found on the National Scholarship Portal (https:\/\/scholarships.gov.in).       IIFT Scholarships by Other Organizations\r\n\r\n

      Given below are the details of Scholarships by Other organizations:\r\n\r\n

      • Exim Bank Scholarship: The scholarship awarded to the top reserved category (SC\/ST) student at IIFT is equal to the tuition fees paid by the reserved category student in the first year of the two-year Full-Time MBA Programme in International Business, up to the highest of INR 3.5 lakh.\r\n\t
      • OPJEMS Scholarship: This merit-based scholarship is awarded to MBA(IB) students in their first and second years at the Delhi campus. The Institute will nominate the top ten students from the first year (based on their cumulative score in the selection process) and the top ten students from the second year (based on their GPA from the previous academic year). Selected candidates would get a scholarship of Rs.1.50 lakhs based on an online exam and interview conducted by the OP Jindal Group.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
