Nsut east campus review

What I Liked

The placement is good as told by seniors

What I didn’t like

The campus of our college is small and confined
Some of the faculty are not upto the mark and rude

Course Curriculum Overview:

The faculty in my campus is just fine some teachers are brilliant at their job while some lack basic knowledge so it is moreover fine, talking about the curriculum it is very comprehensive and in sync with the industrial requirements which give an extra edge to its students.

Remarks:

This was a great choice as per my rank , as it has great placement and brand value , I got into this college through rank of jee mains and jac delhi counselling , it is a great choice for anyone who wants a college in Delhi with good name.

NSUT East Campus Review

What I Liked

The faculty is good with some good and understanding professors.
The classrooms have air conditioners and ample space with decent labs.

What I didn’t like

The campus size is small with decent canteen
The location of the campus is not that great due to a bad area.

Placement Experience:

The placement and internship opportunities are good as they take place on the main campus with all the students of cse being considered the same. The first cutoff criteria is cgpa so you need to maintain that.

Remarks:

The admission process was easy based on your jee mains rank. No interviews or written tests were taken. This college being the part of nsut has an edge on the placement sides as all the placement happens in the main campus, so the placement is an important aspect.

A good college with promising future and minor compromises on campus life.

What I Liked

A very promising college with great people accompanying you.
Most of the faculty members are nice, approachable and helpful. They listen to students' issues and resolve them.

What I didn’t like

Campus life is not good, as there isnt a lot to do in the campus, because its small and the campus planning is obsolete. There would be no fun in the campus if there arent people with you.
There is no infrastructure in the college than the bare minimum to run a college.

Placement Experience:

The placement statistics for our senior batch is not something to boast about. In the year 2023-2024, about 40% of the batch has been placed which is lot less than the previous years. The placement statistics of the other colleges is the same. The highest package received by the '24 batch is about 60lpa. As its been said, the current situations are because recession and the placement stats will getter as the recession recedes with time.

Remarks:

Joined this college for its brand value and the hope it gave for good placements. The average placements stats which were boasted at the time of my admissions for computer science were about 16lpa. To get admissions in this college for B.Tech. degree, one has to appear in jee mains examination, on the basis of the results of jee mains, students are admitted to this college. The cutoff criterias are different for different categories. A bad aspect of the nsut east campus is that is has a very small campus and the locality too isnt good.

Expect good placement and nothing more (literally)

What I Liked

I only took admission in this college because of its placements
The lift in the campus works faster than expected.

What I didn’t like

Everyting is awful except placements, worst college experience
Bad infrastructure, illogical numbering of rooms making it hard to navigate.

Placement Experience:

Placement is the only reason students come to this college 1. Around 8.0 CGPA is needed 2. FAANG visits almost every year and each has atmost 10 openings 3. Total average package - 25-30LPA 4. 90% students get placements. 5. I plan to do a startup with friends.

Remarks:

I mainly chose this college because of 2 reasons: 1. Its distance from my house is minimal 2. Because of the NSUT's placement records and its reputation as a respected engineering college. Some other reasons are: 1. Cultural fests are amazing. 2. Too many societies to chose from according to your interest.

Nsut duper review

What I Liked

Faculty, garden , look of the building and flag
Garden area while doing open gym,and cantein

What I didn’t like

Sports are limited and the sport gadgets are also limited
Location is not good as no hostel are present

Placement Experience:

The placement record is very good. Almost all companies visit with a high package of 40 lakh or above and the placement record is more than 90 percent placement and if 100 people applied then from the cs branch at least 40 students get a placement of more than 25 LPA

Remarks:

It is the best college under my jee rank in which I got a computer science branch and have a name of nsut. And it's placement record is also the very best with an average of about 19 lakh and a highest package of about 70 lakh domestic and about 1.4 cr international package

NSUT EAST CAMPUS

Course Curriculum Overview:

As there is a criteria to maintain minimum 75% attendance in the college and that is problem if somehow you fail to meet the criteria,they will detain you in that respected subject so I'll advise you to maintain that min criteria

Remarks:

College campus is relatively small no hostels, despite having such high fees no infrastructure or events are held in the east campus however main campus has all these.So for outside delhi students have to accomodate in nearby PGs or rent flats.

A very good college if you are willing to sacrifice a bit of your college life

What I Liked

The faculty is great and helpful, with excellent teaching
Seniors are helpful and available to help, they provide study material, question papers, and much more especially guidance

What I didn’t like

There is less room for extracurricular activities, ground is also smaller with less equipment
Facilities like wifi are slow and we often have to use our internet

Placement Experience:

The placements are the main reason people choose this college since all placements will be held on the main campus of NSUT which is in Dwarka. Internships are available in the 2nd and 3rd year, with the highest stipend as high as 1.2L/month. The placement of NSUT is excellent, with an average of 15+L packages and the highest being over 1 crore. The college provides full support in training and placements, with mock interviews and industry projects. It is advised to keep your CGPA above 7 to be eligible to sit for maximum companies.

Remarks:

Admission to NSUT East is based on the rank secured in the JEE Mains examination. There's no interview or group discussion required. You'll have to pay a fee of 95,000 at the start to confirm your seat and then the rest year's fee after your seat has been confirmed. The counselling and admission process is usually smooth and easy. You can also avail reservation quota.
