Goalpara College was established on 8th August 1955 by Dr. Subhash Barman with the help and cooperation of local people in Goalpara, Assam. It is affiliated with Gauhati University, Guwahati. The college offers three years of degree courses in Arts, Science & Commerce such as B.com, B.Sc, and BA.
