Knitwear teaches u all aspects of fashion design with the advantage of leaning to handle knit fabrics and learn knitting and crochet. The curriculum is pretty decent and educated us about everything that’s needed and the faculty is very serious about work so you learn a lot

I chose this course because I like to learn and want to make a career in the fashion industry. After all, it is endless. NIFT is the best college in India and also NIFT Hyderabad is now one of the top ten colleges in fashion learning in the world. Also method of teaching is so easy and understand and faculties is also the best and supportive. Exam pattern is also easy it's for some subjects you have to give a jury and for some it will be theory and also assignment will be easy. You can get scholarships as well our college will also provide Sarthak scholarship for eligible students and state and National Scholarship (NSP) will provided by the government

I chose this course since it is vast and has a lot of opportunities in graphics, style, photography, UI UX, Visual merchandising, space design, and set design. The faculty are talented and extremely Knowledgeable in particular fields. There are three exams per semester, midterms, End terms and Final jury. The difficulty level is moderate, the better, the work, the better, the marks. UDAAN Is the name of the scholarship provided by NIFT.

The course I have opted for has a lot of learning. It covers a vast field of knowledge that are directly applicable to textile industry. The faculties are very supportive and coordinating. If I ever get a second chance, I would still go for this course.

Here, in the National Institute of Fashion Technology, professors from the top colleges come here to teach. The resource centre or our college has more than 300 books and research material. The curriculum of our institute is always being updated as per the latest trends and requirements of the fashion world.

I choose knitwear design as I was more interested in fashion and as per my rank in selection , knitwear was the closest one . We wear having a jury+ exams in every semester. (Jury means a practical exam where students create project nd explain it to jury members). I feel the fee structure is high as per the other govt college. But they have multiple scholarship programs.
